Always welcoming to see the guru put up a video! Your analysis on the topography explaining the depth of the clad coins perhaps from dirt being moved in is certainly a plausible factor? It is a blessing for the viewers to watch you operate the Predator Raptor (31) C. You can operate it with the best! I was searching your channel earlier to see how you had notched the Legend to see if you had mentioned anything about the Legend showing any icon on the screen. Previously you had the White's Spectra V3i and done an excellent tutorial on the color-coded graph with different frequency(s) and how to change the icons. I'll have to go back and refresh myself with your excellent video. I would think some of the manufacturers would send you one of their machines to have you demonstrate it. You have a beautiful channel, I have 'never' heard you use 'any' profanity, and always extremely cordial to the viewers. They would be well served to send you one of their machines and have you to demonstrate it. Thanks for the video.
@@DirtFishing interesting because if the legend can even come close to keeping up with the ML at that price point holy cow...plus two new coils on the way which look amazing ,I know that 6 x 9 on the V3I is just money!
@@SuperJupiter33 Hopefully my buddy Kenny get his pretty soon and then we will go head to head with them both with no trying to make one look better than the other or being brand loyal. I have not watched too many videos about the manticore so I don't have any idea how its is supposed to be.
It is an interesting detector. You aren't the first to mention how good beach mode is in the dirt. I'm curious to see if their new update that is coming address this. Good video, really enjoyed it.
Thanks. As far as updates go I don't know if I will even do any more of them as the machine runs so good now. I would hate to have an update that messed anything up.
gday from oz,another quality vid that legend is sure value for money.still waiting for my manticore, like hens teeth here, looks as if has a few problems in heavy iron but theres not many that dont.
I really like it. Seems to go deep, accuracy is pretty good especially in the nickel zone. Has a lot of features to cover almost any situation. I think it is my go to detector now.
I really liked the V3i. I liked to make a bunch of custom programs with it. The three frequencies were awesome too. I think between the two I would take the Legend just because it seems lighter, is waterproof and is pretty accurate. I like the idea that is can be compacted down pretty small. It allows me to throw it in my motorcycle trunk and haul it around.
Why not just use a shovel? You take so much time to locate an object within a foot depth. That's ALMOST ¹ shovel worth.... Waste of time and effort imo... Just use a shovel already... I do and my plugs aren't EVER seen.... Clean ALWAYS and effortless
If this was private property I would use a shovel. Even though you could probably dig a neater plug with a shovel I think it would be frowned upon not only by the park staff but from the others that visit the park. All they are going to see is a guy with a shovel digging up the park (in their mind) We are fortunate that the park does let us detect. I do believe if a person used a shovel they would get kicked out and probably ruin it for everyone.

Thanks for all the positive comments......;o)
Great video... I've had the Legend of few months and I love it....
Thanks. It really cant be beat for the price and features.
Thanks for sharing, I pretty much decided im going to pick one of those up
They are not bad.....;o)
Look forward to the next video with Kenny and his Manicore and you kicking his butt with the Legend.....
I think it may happen.....;o) It is going to have to be one heck of a detector to beat the Legend.

Always great my friend! We "dig" it.
Thanks.

When is the manticore supposed to be released?
What is the digging tool your using? I saw it on another of your video's and like the way it has the curviture.
I dont know the name of it is. It is a knock of the predator raptor model 31. It was made by a guy and I think he went out of business.
Thanks for the response I just checked and predator still sells them.
I like Beach Dry. It's got the same depth as Field M2.
Good Finds Bill
Thanks.
@@DirtFishing I going somewhere tomorrow. Don’t know where
New to your Channel. Really enjoyed. What pinpointer are you using.
Thanks....The pinpointer is an XP Mi4
Thanks
Nice md say has about as many menus as an minelab etrac sill have the old fbs Teck still works fine like all md
It's not bad for the price.....;o)
So after using the Legend several times what is your opinion of it, Just asking because I might buy one, not sure yet.

Beach MD ????? Why?
Very cool.
Thanks.
what are your thoughts on the legend VS whites V3I

Luckily you didn't get cut by the glass on the first target!
Right. Even though I wasnt wearing gloves I was still careful.
Why beach MD ON LAND?
No reason. I just thought I would try it as it seemed to be hitting some deep targets.
Volume above 2 and your going to blow that speaker
こんにちは♪・Hello, this is a high performance metal detector. wonderful.👍
Thanks.
I can't take watching this hand digging stuff...... Get a shovel sir
Carrying around a shovel and metal detector in a public park is a great way to get attacked by the local karens or maybe even the park staff.

Not all parks allow shovel digging hand tools or screw drivers only
