But how separate the volatile compounds from non volatile when it's coming back to same elemyer

The separation is quite easy, because of the difference between the relative densitys of the differents elements in the separating funnel. One will be denser than the other one (there is also a colour difference between those 2 substances in the separating funnel. So you just have to empty the first one denser in a beaker and the other one in another beaker (sorry if i wasn't clear and if i didn't understand your question, my english is also terrible)
