I use powdered peak milk and lime for my starter then I used skimmed milk for the main yogurt It got a little burnt but I only poured out the side that didn't burn because I didn't stir well when on fire But one good thing it didn't boil for too long Then I allowed it to be warm before I poured my mixed milk starter (i.e takin a little starter and a little warm milk in a separate bowl mixing it very well before pouring into the entire warm milk) So I left it for 8hours I checked it only one side formed yoghurt so I tied it back with a towel and doubled the poly bag and covered it in a warm place and I left it over night for additional 15-16hrs and it formed the yogurt very thick and hard a little water under I drained the water under So now my question is this It has a smell not pleasant but not rotten Its smells somehow but taste swore And it formed very well Please what can I do to it? Can I use it to make another batch of yoghurt or I just eat it like that? Please help me what should I do? Should I throw it away? Please help me.

You mean the yogurt that is being strained right? Yes, the straining of the liquid (whey) makes it Greek yogurt so even if it freezes, its still Greek yogurt. You can just defrost it when you want to use it.

Yes you can. You can sell sweetened and unsweetened.
Good afternoon ma
Please the unsweetened yogurt I got has lactic acid culture is it the same thing
Hello ma'am, yes it's the same thing, the lactic acid will allow the milk ferment and turn to yogurt.
Thanks 🙏
You're welcome.
Thanks so much for the video.
Please the yogurt I bought has sugar in it, can I use it for my Greek yogurt.

Good one Thanks. Which other type of powder milk can I use asides the Dano slim?
You're welcome. You can use peak, three crown, loya, any type of milk basically; even liquid milk.
Exactly what I need now since yogurt is expensive
Thanks for watching dear.
This is a great tutorial
I appreciate
You are very welcome
Hello
Thank you for the tutorial
But is it necessary to seive the whey?
Straining the whey is what makes it Greek yogurt, if you want natural yogurt, you don't have to strain the whey. You're welcome.
Can I use the culture in hollandia yoghurt
Yes as far s there's culture in the yogurt.
I love this ma
Great. Thanks a lot.b
You're welcome. 🤗
So lovely 🥰
Thank you. ☺️
Nice
Is there any need for preservatives?
If yes please recommend any natural one
Thanks so much
Good morning ma... Please how do I sweeten the yogurt?
Hi, will upload soon.☺️
Alright ma... Thank u

Does the protein depend on the milk and you hurt used because I’m particular about the protein
Can I whisk it to make it smoother?
Thank you
You're welcome.
Any technical for the yogurt(starter) measurement because I don’t have a measuring cup
2 tablespoons, you can use spoons used to eat.
Thank you!
You're welcome.
Greetings pls do we need to add sugar to as sweetener??
Yes you can.
Thank you for this recipe. Does this milk come in bigger measure, like in custard bucket measure, for those making it in commercial quantity.
Yes it does

Pls if I want to make this for children, will I add sugar after the covering it for 16hours
You will add sugar when you are done making the yogurt
Thank you for this ma’am, you mentioned keeping the active culture in the freezer, would it still make greek yogurt even after it it freezes solid?
You mean the yogurt that is being strained right?
Yes, the straining of the liquid (whey) makes it Greek yogurt so even if it freezes, its still Greek yogurt. You can just defrost it when you want to use it.
Thank you for this video 😃 I just finished making mine but it wasn't as thick as this (it has the consistency of a normal yoghurt) and a lot of milky water came out of it. You added much water that’s why it came out not as thick as you wanted it
@@Chrissysmil oh thanks
Well done👏👏
Thank you! 😃
Please
Is there any other yogurt I can use apart from that one u used ?
Yes please, use any yogurt that has active culture in it; that is what forms the yogurt.
What’s the protein content?
Please I want to ask, to make this Greek yogurt can you just add either granulated sugar to it or honey, then one has a sweetened Greek yogurt?
I mean to make it sweet……
Please is this Greek yogurt the sweetened or unsweetened one please

Is it cold or hot water that you used in dissolving the milk
Can I use hollandia yogurt for the active culture?
Yes as far as it has an active culture in it.
Can u sell it as well????
Yes you can.
I will try this
Well done ❤
Pls if my yogurt doesn't come out very thick can I re-boil it
No, just strain the excess water. More water while boiling the milk makes a runny yogurt, less water makes it thick.
Very detailed and straight to the point
Mine came out watery not this thick
Is Culture same as starter?
Yes
Can we use milk measured in market for Greek yoghurt
