I think it's the best place to Kayak in Dubai. Before they started building the new hotel by the Sheraton, you used to be able to park your 4x4 direct on the beach from JBR and launch the Kayak straight into Marina. It may be bit more tricky now they are building ! Try it out, it's awesome !
+amine riabi thanks for your comment. At the time of this vide, there were no restrictions for Kayaking around the marina. However, I do believe there are restrictions to time of day and you may need a permit. I can't confirm as I don't live in Dubai anymore :-)
