You mentioned the passives, but what do they do? An explanation for Ability Power at least would've been nice. :) Does it straight up boost the damage for however many points it shows? I cannot find anything on that topic.
To see your passives you need to click on systems. Every Hunter has 2 of these and when you select them you can see 3 set of passives. Ability power increases the damage of your abilities
Quick reload is only available to specific systems for each hunter. You can check by going to Loadout, hover over one of your systems and it will show your damage, magazine size and if quick reload is enabled or not. If it is, when you reload with that hunter you’ll see a green dot on your reload circle. If you press R right on that dot, you successfully quick reload
