As rightly pointed out by Oscar Sir, the most important issue concerning NEP implementation in Goa this year is the flawed cut off date of 1 June set by the education dept headed by incompetent Director which will result in children in Goa falling behind those in other states by a year as most other states like UP, Haryana have set the cut off date as 31 July or 1 Sept or stuck with the old cut off date of 31 Dec like Maharashtra. Needs urgent intervention of Hon'ble CM.
When you cannot put NEP in place then what govt is talking about Development?what Development?only bridges n roads?what about human Development n grassroot level education?where are we?

For first 5 years don't need rocket scientists to teach those kids only they need to play, I don't understand what teaching thus schools needs
