Crazzzzzyyy how this has 32k views in 19 hours considering this game hasn’t had a proper gameplay update since the one where they made slipping away from strikes break tracking iirc.
Nothing game changing or fundamentally different since then as far as I remember, just updating mcgregors appearance 5 times and adding some new fighters (that’s a plus at least)
I remember when UFC 3 came out there were major patches every few months for a good while, that made sweeping changes across everything, even adding entirely new mechanics (minor headmovement, spear takedown, driving takedown) etc.
    32,000 views EA.
That’s 32,000 people that still give a fuck about this game, fill up an arena with 32,000 and picture that. A game that’s basically been left for dead. And I don’t expect UFC 5 news anytime soon and I don’t expect a new ground game system either.

Hi guys I’ve been watching MMA and playing UFC for a while and Im trying to learn how to do some martial arts in real life. Do you guys have any tips on where I should start? I play sports and have a generally good physique.

Dont do an mma class, find a speciality and stick to it for a couple of years until you get a good grip of it imo, mma classes are really broad and you wont end up mastering any one technique. BJJ, boxing ot Muay Thai are really good foundations, good fundamentals but generally grappling is most important for MMA, if you're ever considering competing. For self defence or general fitness boxing/muay thai is probably the best choice

Go to an mma gym, if there's none near you try to find a jiu jitsu school and you'd want to learn boxing or kickboxing too. Basically try to learn the basics in all aspects of mma and then focus on a strength like the other commenter said

@@ShakTMT Kickboxing and muay thai seem like the best places to start, as I said I have a good physique and can probably learn to kick and punch quite quickly with practice

@@ak_-zc4kb good idea bro, id say train that for a while before you step in an MMA gym personally. Most guys who train MMA already have experience in other styles and you might find it tough, because on grappling sessions youll be rolling with people who know bjj and striking sessions you might be sparring with a good boxer and they wont teach you enough to get to that level, they expect you to train other styles

This was very satisfying to watch. I think grappling in OP is this iteration of UFC. Grappling has always been corny for me. I try to understand it as best I can but it's rough.
