@@neauvaltsultanadhityasukma9904 i think both of them. On love sux are a few songs which have the vibes of ums ("avalance", or "deja vu" sounds a lil bit like "freak Out"). I think it is a mix of under my skin & the best damn thing, because the best damn thing is really more pop, love sux is more angry and aggressive. But thats just my opion :)
I love when Avril layers her voice over her own voice. She's not singing harmonies, but she is singing the high and the low octaves and I just love it.
Listening to this song brings me back to my early teen years and I love it.

@Bartek Belski hmm I understand people who compare this to TBDT, but I think that one was way more "pop" in all senses... I think this one is way more powerful than TBDT, in terms of its energy... It's less about being only pop, but it has a stronger message of self empowerment
I think it is a mix of under my skin and the best damn Thing. Because the best damn thing is really more pop, love sux has a strong message, the songs are powerful and a little bit more angry Like "under my skin". But why does it matter? It sounds great at all.
@Bartek Belski yeah, but there a very pop songs too who are not fast and angry ("innocence", "girlfriend"). I dont think they would fit to love sux. And the subjets of ums (love, love sick, self-finding, new begin etc) fits more with the actul songs. You can have your option, its just not mine :)
It sounds like it gives TBDT energy but the lyrics are deep and strong like Under My Skin. A great combination if you ask me they’re both my favorite albums, and now this albums part of my new Top 5!

She’s already recording a deluxe. Other songs are going to be in the sk8er Boi movie, and a few others are part of the documentary. She wrote like 30 songs total.

Avril did say she recorded enough songs for two albums and could have released two albums back to back as she had that many songs recorded and some of her favourites never got to make it to this album.
So that means another album of songs recorded during this time is coming, maybe next year.
