I saw on another review that the shoulders can be swapped between the arms so you could have the laser beam on the regular arm. Since I don’t have them yet, I can say if it’s easy, so, be careful. Thanks for the review.
I wonder if they swap by heating and popping but I also haven't tried swapping them like the hands work. I'll have to try it some time. I'm glad you enjoyed the review!
yes absolutely the wait totally worths it. I am getting my SH figs next month but man... I never expected to see Ultimates version of this amazing cartoon back in the day! The improvements in the head and faces by Super7 conviced me to keep collecting ThunderCats and Silverhawks.
I could only afford to get Bluegrass and he hasn't arrived yet lol but great video. Your Super7 videos are always fun to watch, thank you for the upload.
38:32 Curious to see what Mumm-Ra the ever-living looks like next to Mon-Star. I'd imagine Mumm-Ra is probably a bit bigger. Man, I was back and forth with pre-ordering any of these, since I was never huge into Silverhawks as a kid (from what I remember), but seeing these in-hand, so-to-speak, is makin' me want some. Hopefully they'll go up on Amazon at some point at a discounted price like most Super7 stuff eventually does.
Probably gonna wait to get waves one and two together which is probably gonna annihilate my wallet into the shadow realm but I’m really just want at least most of the main crew before they announce copper kid
Yeah no, you shouldn't be charging these rates when you own the IP outright like Brian Flynn does with Silverhawks here, let alone that much for a plastic chair. If the throne needed to be brought in, split it into four parts and have each figure in the wave come with one to better justify the price. People like LioConvoy have been warning us of Super7's failures for a while now, and yet they refuse to listen to proper criticism and do better.
It's likely a similar situation to Hasbro owning the Go-Bots IP but not the show. They can use names and produce new things without issue, but if they use stuff from the original show, they have to license it from WB. The other complication is that Silverhawks LLC is a separate company from Super7 so licensing is still involved even if Brian Flynn owns both.
Super7 prices their figures how every other toy company does. The licensed toys set the baseline prices, and their owned IPs are priced as such. Great example is Star Wars Black Series vs GI Joe Classified Series at Hasbro. Both lines are baseline priced at $25 even if GI Joe comes with a lot more accessories than Star Wars. They don't have to license GI Joe, so they can put more into those figures. The Silverhawks definitely include more overall than the Thundercats or other lines. Plus, Silverhawks is still licensed from Silverhawks LLC, even if Brain Flynn owns both companies. That's just how business works.
The packaging for these figures is awesome! SIlverhawks always seemed to go extra for their packaging. Just like the VHS I have of the show.
Its got that really nice shine

I have zero connection to Silverhawks but I just had to check out your review and wow they look amazing.
I'm glad you checked out the review!
Some people call him the Space Cowboy

I’m definitely impressed with how the last few waves of Silverhawks and Thundercats have turned out!

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoy the videos. I hope Bluegrass arrives soon for you!
Excellent review!
Thank you!!

I’ll definitely do a comparison with both Mon-Stars and Mumm-Ras when Wave 1 hits!
Great review
Thanks!
In the episode with the fighting hawks it was stated I think by Steelwill that Stronghold belongs to Heart and his bird is Razor.
That sounds about right. I remember they were stated like that in the debut episode then they were flipped on the toys
@@Soundout12 I love how they came out but Steelwill like Steelheart is supposed to be grey, not blue !
@@ultramag0343 Agreed!
The eyepatch paint application on the second monstar head is off a bit in case you missed it
I didn’t catch it but it totally is off center
Mine is like that too. I'm on a list to get a replacement head from super 7. Still tho, awesome figure!
Windhammer for me
He’s so cool
super7 had around 2 years to adjust their designs to avoid paint scrapping but meh - cool set and review

Makes sense. I imagine Copper Kidd is coming in Wave 4 (Hopefully not as late as Wave 5)

They don't own the IP. They thought they did but, turned out Warner bros. still owns it. So it's licensed now just like they do with Thundercats
