I’ve found if you update your order (either adding or removing items) - even well within the timeframe Woolies provides you to do so - you can lose your delivery time slot. It pays to be aware of this too when changing an order! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
I have been caught out before with losing my time slot when I have modified my order but did not think about the discount so thought I would share that!
Yep i've done similar with coles - i went in to change something everything looked normal - checkout all the saved card details were there - go to pick up the next day and they say 'we have no order' call up online they go oh we can see it pending but you didn't pay i said i did they said you have to repay and we only charge when we process your order incase there are things missing ... sigh lesson learnt. Ps I know it's probably not worth it but i would have taken it to the service counter and said i would like to return these and then re buy for my 10% off LOL
I have heard similar stories about that at coles too.. yep have to take it as lesson learnt. I actually should have gone to customer service to return it and then repurchase it. Would have been worth it for the extra $25 back! I won’t make the same mistake again (well hopefully 🤞🏻)

@@FrugalFunMum I’m actually going to contact the actual extra rewards team tomorrow as I only spoke with olive the assistant but I have just found an extra rewards chat feature between 9am-6pm. I’ll try tomorrow

@lifewithcoffeeandthejonesb950 takes us a while too to use sweet chilli sauce, but we also use in toasties and or sandwiches, sweet chilli tenders too from aldi. But just realised I haven't bought the chicken fingers yet. Maybe next Tuesday big shop for us including our online woolies online shop with extra 10% off as I haven't used may one yet

I like the sweet chilli sauce in the bottle but Oska doesn’t like it. I have some in the cupboard but it takes me ages to go through a bottle
