Hello Ali. I just got off from Work and I promised that I will send you the recipe for Pot Roast / Roast Beef. here we go:you buy the Bottom Round Beef. Create a hole in each side of the meat and insert the whole garlic clove. Then rub the meat with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Then to roasting pan. Bake for two hours at 300 degrees Fahrenheit Once it is cooked drip the juice of the meat add red wine. Mix well and add a cup of water simmer. Add beef cube. Then thicken with i tsp cornstarch diluted in one half cup of water. And that’s it..
Nanghihinayang ako sa itinapon mong parte ng collard green dahil kasama din iyun kapag ginigisa o niluluto ko sa gata. Highly recommended sa mga diabetic ang veggie na yan lalong lalo na kapag sinasalad iyung green parts niya.
