- I have updated the 3D print models for the Domino glue nozzles I did about a year ago. This version has added the nozzles for the larger Domino 700 (XL) and has made several improvements to the previous design. Enjoy!

Awesome update..I'm a retired truck driver that works in a custom woodshop that uses dominos all the time..I'm gonna print some of these to try out..thanks for all the time u put into these 👍

Looking forward to testing these, thanks for improving them! I gave the old ones a try, but didn't have a lot of success applying the glue neatly. Although I must admit I didn't do much investigation because I just wanted to get done with the project at the time.
Hi Michael. The uniformity of the exit holes makes a difference on glue distribution. If you have a good print, it is great. If not, you may want to get a tiny drill bit the same size as the exit holes and ream them out a little. Steve
really nice project. thx .. i wonder if you have tried to print with TPU.. it would be more flexible and could be a better application ... Otherwise, you can try with ABS. Should work with the bamboo.
Thanks for taking the time to update it Steve. Still think you need a right angle one for boards or objects you cant stand up. Either that or keep the glue bottle real full i guess, probably just as easy :) I assume you have to wash these out soon after use else they clog up ?
Hi Gary. I haven't thought about a right angle version but it looks like it would be prone to break. I do think your idea of a full bottle would work just as well. I keep a tub of water and when I am done just remove the nozzle and submerge it until I am ready for the days cleanup. I was thinking about just finding a bottle the right size and just inverting and submerging the nozzle between applications similar to the Lamello Dosi-col or the Pizzi system. Steve

Hi Hugov. I pretty much use metric for everything I can. Metric router bits seem to be made of unobtainium in the US for the most part. I just wish we would just go full metric and be done with it. There was a feeble effort to do so in the 1970's and I doubt we will ever change. Steve
Why aren't you selling these?!!! I would buy a set in a heartbeat! Especially if you made a version to fit the FastCap glue bottle. Guess I need a 3D printer now...
I suggested this as a product to Fastcap and the founder told me that glue accessories do not sell well, that it would cost $50K for injection molds, and they could not justify it. I understand that completely and really did not want to open a print farm so I provided the files that could be printed. There are sites that will take these files, print them and ship them to you. @@extremewoodworker Yeah, I guess that makes sense. And the Domino market is probably not big enough in the overall picture of woodworking anyway. Good on you though for designing and sharing this! It will be at the top of my project list once I decide to give 3D printing a try! Thanks!
What printer are you using? I’ve been considering getting one.
Hi Matt. I started with a Creality Ender 3 V2 which required a lot of tweaking to get it running right. Several viewers recommended the Bambu Labs printers which amazingly fast. I added the X1C printer and it makes prints at least 5 times faster than the Creality. There are what seems to be countless choices available and the best choice would depend on how often you use it and obviously budget. Steve
How's cleanup?
Hi Mike. Cleanup is as before but much less prone to leaks with the PETG material choice. Weather permitting, I just hook it up to a hose bib outside and stand clear with about 30-45 seconds of flushing for a good cleanout. Steve
