ALBUM VERSION IS BETTER
Yes
Horrible cover version!
@@micahpressman4026 ITS NOT A COVER ITS LIVE
The best version is the live version from the rolling thunder 75 tour.
I'll die on this hill.
As far as the "word" goes, it had to be said, it is a part of the story. You said that it got your attention, Dylan wanted attention, on Rubin "Hurricane" Carter.
It didn't have to be said and Dylan doesn't need to justify himself for the choices he makes in his art, nor does he need you to think he had no choice
Bob Dylan "Simple Twist Of Fate" & "Things Have Changed"...Nuff Said. 🔥❤️🔥
My all-time favourite artist. He's a poet.
I named my son after him. Please try some more songs from him there are so many class ones! 👌
Love this song. One of the few white men that believed Rubin Carter was innocent. On a double murder charge. 21 years in jail just to be found innocent, released after serving time he never got back. It's brutal man. RIP Rubin.
Yes Dylan dropped the N bomb. He's not a racist. The mindset was that it was just a "crazy n", back then. Like the 60s Paterson, New Jersey. It was a really racist place.
Mate, he didn't die 4 years after he was released, he passed away in 2014
@kierann9997 🤣 my bad it was 85 he was released. Don't know why I thought it was 4 years after lol. Thanks 👍
This is not the recording that appeared on the album or single. I agree with @FraggleFoot this isn't Dylan.
look up the story of the song, then listen to it again.
when you know the whole story, the lyrics make more sense and hit harder.
it never gets old.
:D This a'int Bob Dylan
Album version definitely better. But man’s groovin.
I think you’d get a kick out of changing of the guard. Another Dylan epic.
This aint Bob Dylan. Only use Official Audio, dude.
Are you sure
Gawd! I love this channel.
As other have mentioned, this isn't Bob Dylan... it is a Bob Dylan tribute band called Highway 61. It's pretty different really, though the whole narrative is intact of course.
Great song, reminds me of the movie dazed and confused when there at the pool hall and walking in. Good jam! About the boxer! 💪🏼 🥊
This song is just said, but so moving
He's not a racist. He had a benefit concert at MSG for Ruben
You have to watch the film with Denzel Washington as Hurricane. Marvelous
You need to listen to the ACTUAL Bob Dylan version. It just hits way different than this one. This is a true story, and Dylan Brought attention to it.
"Did he just say what I think he did?"
*Begins to vibe again*
Listen to the album version.
I love your videos, you listen to scorpions rocked you like a hurricane
Have a listen too Phil Collins in the air tonight live version! It will blow your mind!!!!
If you want to understand the impact of important songs the studio version is the only way to go. Nothing really happened for Rubin from Bob's song but then Lesra Martin came into the picture. Amazing story man!
For the message yes 100%, but for the best musical performance you have to find a live version where he jams it out a bit.
I been able to see him twice( once with paul Simon and the second Dylan and the Dead tour). And his live shows are top tier.
I suggest you listen to both.
I know you appreciated Ren a year ago, but you should check out some of his other stuff as well. The Tale of Jenny and Screech and Money Game Pts 1-3
You should check out Miles Smith - "Solo"
Opa irmao sou Brasileiro 🇧🇷🇧🇷 acompanho seu canal reage a música de uma banda Brasileira chamada o Rappa Oque sobrou do céu
Should watch the movie. Love the song, love the movie.... hate the facts behind them both.
Please listen to Bjork’s “Hunter”
I don’t think you listened to many of the words.
Bro please please please listen to 40 days by slowdive its a British dream pop band from the 90s there albums are beautiful
Bro u gotta listen to tv girl listen to daughter of a cop trust bro it’s so good

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REACT TO “SAVE A PRAYER” BY DURAN DURAN. IT IS AN EXPERIENCE.
You need to listen to qwerty by linkin park
Not Bob Dylan
This is actually a cover . It’s not Bob singing. Please find the album version. 🧡 By the way the n word was a quote. He’s definitely not racist 🫶
Live version I love Dylan
This isn't Bob Dylan. Why am I the first person to point this out?
This is not Bob Dylan. Someone doing a crappy impression.
0This is a cover version, and not a patch on the original, or any of the live versions.
That’s not the real Bob Dylan singing. That’s somebody who’s covered the song. it’s a Bob Dylan song being covered by somebody else but labeled as Bob Dylan that is not Bob Dylan!
Great song, but is this really Bob Dylan singing it? I doubt it.
NOT BOB DYLAN !!!!!!!! wtf
Thats not bob
First
this is a fucking cover. do a little research before you post the video, maybe? like...even just the bare minimum
Read the lyrics
