I get a lot from calling landowners of overgrown properties. GIS is your friend! Some just buy them and let them sit. You can contact hunting preserves and lease owners as well. Tell them your going rate! Worst they can say is no!

Great video Lance and great job 👏 I got to thinking about your problems with your camera getting to hot and I wonder if you could mount a sunshade or umbrella on your tripod to keep the sun off of it? It would be worth a try.
Just a suggestion, Lance … perhaps show some video looking out at the work from inside the cab? That way we see the mulcher in action close up.
I have in the past and it was good footage. I will incorporate that more in the next one!
do you spray w some kudzu killer herbicides or anything afterwards? all those bits I'd guess will just re root wont they??
