Brilliant Ross, some of your touch putting where there is little break is amazing a bit like the one on 11, thought that was in. Question for you when dot counting how much do you change to allow for a miss ding, if the dots are saying 7" inches do you play for 6" and miss ding? Anyway stunning 49 Sir
Thank you for the kind words, Steve. As for the dot counting, I don’t change anything about how I count the dots in regards to the misding. I’ve played this way that I just have to trust the decision, and if there’s something I didn’t see then I make an adjustment. My approach is to minimize how many variables are taking place by not changing the numbers all the time 👍🏻

Mikeeeeee. Good to see you mate. The front Par 3s are a doozy and take a little tweaking. I made a video regarding that which you may/may not have seen. (ua-cam.com/video/nASDBrs7gjw/v-deo.html) Both #3 and #8 are wind dependent in terms of direction. #3 tailwind requires and short landing and a run up, whereas a headwind is a go for the pin. If you’ll notice on #8 in the video, the calculation was to hit a 3w but I don’t trust it. So I opted for a top spin 3i (top spin 3i???? Am I crazy? Lol) since the wind was L-R and that’s the way the green slopes. Landing was on the hill and the green slope did the rest. Will work on that video this week 👍🏻 Cheers mate!
@@Babzilla33 Watched your video on the Par 3s and I got a Heartbeat on my 1rst try :) Cool!! I have the front pin @ about 226 yards.? My 3 iron is 220 and with full bs I usually come up short. I had 8-9 tailwind so I used 2 clicks of Topspin and it worked. I like my level 85 Apex Irons but invariably I am going to need those extra 5 yards off our Tees :) Thanks Ross
@@Babzilla33 I got a heartbeat and a birdie on # 8 :) I hit my 220 and used full Topspin hit by that lil ridge on the left side of the green and it just funneled to the hole. My 1rst birdie there. So ty on that Topspin idea, I'm a huge fan of using Topspin when needed. Now if you want to get some views, I promise the Driver and the use of Spin. I only watch you fmagnets and young. All three of you use 3/4 to full backspin on 99% of drives. Although I did see mags use a touch of topspin going into heavy winds at Saint Andrews. After I noticed you mags and young all doing this, I implemented it in my game and my Driving Accuracy has gone from 83% to almost 88-89% in about 6 months. Using that spin generates optimum Apex to Get over trees, etc. Plus, I have told my cc that this game is like real golf nowadays. It's about CARRY. and the backspin keep you in the fairway because when the ball lands it does runout into rough traps etc. Help me brother I don't feel comfortable and would appreciate you explaining the driver and use of different uses of Spin, maybe a second about when and how much spin for a punch with a driver. I assume to keep it under a tree or Etc. Thanks bro My driver accuracy going from 83 to 89 is serious improvement after watching you 3 play, I think nit would help anybody that will listen.
