I was thinking about that during the first video. The Internet is wild like that.
You do a cosplay photoshoot, and then, years later, one of the photos is edited to hell and back and used in a spooky romhack of a popular video game, all unbeknownst to you.
It's wild to think about, honestly.
It's really crazy to think about. If the cosplayer ever finds out about this and comes forward, I would love to give a brief interview and ask her thoughts on all of this.
Funny for the longest time we thought Victim #1 was Mario or Peach, only for it to be revealed it was just a random image of a cosplayer.
I thought it was Sonic.

Victim 1 is basically a girl because the description indicates that it was a she and I do think it was Peach the victim 1 picture might've been used for Princess Peach.
I knew Randomiser from a Discord server we both shared a long time ago. Cool guy, I never expected to see him credited in a video like this.
I met him back when I started working on my first video about the MARIO creepypasta. I agree that he's a pretty cool guy! Very intelligent and knowledgeable on a lot of things.
I got a little lazy this time and didn't cut out every single breath I took in between each sentence. I hope it isn't too annoying.

I’m a way, since this whole “Victim 1” photo has been found and looking at the original source, the one we all have seen for so long isn’t as scary anymore.
I became desensitized to this image (the edited one ofc) just last year, after 12 years. Seeing the actual source is to say the least, interesting. It's like finding out an enemy's weakness.
I actually also decided to look for the source, I stumbled upon similar-eske images, but this one seems like the real deal. Nice find!
I'm kinda exited to know what's gonna be new to upcome to this channel, so I'm gonna stick waitin'!

Your assumption on how 4chan processes images is essentially how people used to post images with a certain thumbnail, but when you clicked it to see the full image, it ended up being totally different. Dunno if 4channers got bored of the joke or if that's no longer the case.
That's such a clever way to prank people. I want to learn how to do that now so I can use it in my own evil projects...

@@KayTeeBee I don't want to speak out of turn here, but I think that's because Coronation Day is still technically "Unsolved" and the composer of the OST has, allegedly, been popping up in the comments of videos covering that work.
Who knows, but I look forward to the future, of both your channel and of that romhack.
@@RedSpade37 Yeah, that makes sense. There's probably more interest in Coronation Day than MARIO, especially because the former clearly had a lot more effort put into it. And it doesn't surprise me about Torchkas posting comments, both her and Underway have been pretty open about enjoying seeing people's reactions to the hack. Both of them said they liked my video.

You do have a very calming voice that aids in background noise for sleep.
You know in all this I’m ultimately just glad the image turned out to not actually be a distorted photo of real gore

Was confused at first as to why in the three victim #1 videos, (including the Mario hack) that feardotcom wasn't brought up until I looked it up myself and reached the revelation that, ah, much different from each other, just remembered wrong. :p. Great analysis videos though, they're the reason I subscribed, looking forward to more. :3

This is unrelated to the video, but I just realized something... have you ever heard of a youtuber named ShallowVA? It's like you 2 are the same person... when I was watching these videos about the creepy Mario romhacks, I actually thought I was watching a ShallowVA video lol. It's kinda scary how similiar your videos are. It really took me like an hour to notice you're not the same channel. Both of you talk about creepypasta-esque games, both of you change to a different voice-filter when reading out text messages from the game and just your voices over all sound almost the exact same. And just the general editing style etc. is very similiar.
Apart from that, congrats on the subscribers! You deserve all of them for all the effort and research you put into these videos.
I've never heard of that person before, actually. I just checked his channel, though, and I see what you mean; our voices DO sound pretty similar.

@@bowserknight Nah, I do have other channels that I use but this is the only one that's focused on gaming/creepypasta stuff.

The next video will be on another famous SMW creepypasta/hack. After that, however, I have a handful of videos on other "creepy internet" topics that are unrelated to SMW and gaming in general. That backlog of ideas should keep me busy for another few months, at least, though I admit I'm not entirely sure what will happen after that... Eh, we'll see.
