- We took a taxi down to the old town of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria..Nessebar. The only part of Sunny Beach with a bit of history and culture and the place is full of it! Come with us as we show you around the ancient ruins and incredible beauty that the place has to offer.

Dan, the sign you read at the museum was its opening times (9 - 13 hours and 14 - 18 hours) not when it was built. Hope you guys had a great time, the Old town looks wonderful. 😊👍

My late husband and I walked along the path from our hotel past the windmill to the old town many of times, brought back so many memories watching this video. We did take a bus one day I can’t remember where to now but we stayed in the quiet part we went down to the busy part of sunny beach it was nice to look round but glad we picked a hotel in the quiet part it suited us hope you have a lovely time while you are there x
Love this video, best one so far. I hope the next one carries on from where this one finish. Apparently there is a ferry boat between Sunny Beach and Nessebar for those that don't want to use the bus, you could do a taxi one way and the ferry to go back. I so want to visit here xx
The museum was showing the opening hours not the year in was built 9 to 1 then 2 to 6
The food in the middle at 16:40 is burek, the meat one is nice. Something amazing I expect you can get there is Ćevapi (Pronounced Ch-vap-ie), it's like sausages made from fresh mince usually served with Lepinja, a type of three yeast flat bread and onions. It's nicest from charcoal grill places as with all meats. Usually you can order a kind of cream cheese that goes well with it called Kaymak. Ajvar, is something else you should def try.
Visit sozopol and balchik,there is plenty of history they are on the black sea and also i recomend you to see the summer palace of the bulgarian tzars(title tzar and cirilic alphabets are originating in bulgaria from the late 800s a.d.)the palace is close to varna amd its name is evskinograd palace,it is very beautiful and there are some statues from a french palace shipped to bulgaria during ww1 and there is very beautiful gardens with french lilies,cause our tzar ferdinand the first is grandson of the last french king from the burbon dynasty

Although it sounds like a Scottish chocolate bar (Nessie Bar), this Nessebar looks amazing! I always love my ancient ruins and historic places, and this doesn't disappoint, seems the kind of place I'd love to go. Amazing architecture all over.
I have also never had bubble tea, I once queued up to get one, but gave up half way through and went elsewhere. If the bubbles actually feel weird in your mouth, then I dont think I'd enjoy it somehow.
Best vlog this i would visit. Would be good if you went back in the evenings and enjoyed a few drinks 🍹🍻

Old Town looks really nice. The variety and styles of the buildings from across the centuries are lovely to see.

Loved the old town with all the old historical buildings and narrow street and its so quiet and peaceful.

Pretty close next to the city of shumen are located the ancient Bulgarian capitals of pliska and preslav(681-1018),capitals of the first bulgarian empire,pliska was the biggest fortified city in europe arround the 800s,900s ,a.d....it was 23 sq.km. fortified teritorrie and it was bigger than rome,also you can see the remains of one of the biggest catedrals in all of europe in pliska the so called grand basilica (it was build by our prince boris michaelafter we adopted the christianity)wich we want to restore but the EU have many laws about the heritage and a dispute is poping of how the church used to be like in original......godbless

you can get more juice bubble tea and iced bubble tea not sure how authentic because I tried mine from Costa coffee 😂
Dragons breath was banned I'm mist country's I 2018 has nitrogen in it to cause the smoke has caused injury say a lot about laws in a country like Bulgaria
The old town is much prettier more traditional, I prefer it even if quiet but as you said it’s early, looks cleaner too

How much did the taxi cost i must of missed it, Must be a lot of scammers about later in the day, you were early and the place looked deserted yet they were still at you a minute after getting out of the car .

Hi Dan and Mazzy good videos again from Bulgaria was saying to my sister and she was saying that my older cousin that were travelling Europe in a motorhome ended up there fell in love with the place that they went back home to Germany sold the motorhome and bought a house in Varna just up the road from where your staying I forgot all about that's where they stayed now. Yes I like all the old towns 👍
