I’m so sorry your grandfather died in a war. I am very thankful for all our service members who fight to protect us and keep us free every day. We live in the greatest country ever! I’ve always been taught how valuable our freedom is. Each year, I love to talk about the history of the Revolutionary War and also what the men fighting on the front lines were going through as Francis Scott Key was writing our national anthem. Each word of The “Star Bangled Banner,”we sing/play was all really happening as those words were written down. I’m thankful for your grandfather’s service Kim. I’m so sorry that your dad didn’t have a chance to know his father and your grandmother was widowed so young. Yet what a family legacy they have left for the generations to follow. ❤🤍💙

I remember when your dad, James Keaton, used to preach at Pilgrim Holiness Camp in Anderson, IN. I used to have a crush on your brother, Brian when I was a teen in the 80s. My older sister actually attended your wedding. Funny that you’re famous now! I love to watch and hear you play!

My father served in the Korean War, I served in the First Gulf War, and I have a relative who died in Vietnam, and his name is on the Vietnam Veterans Wall, and I salute your grandfather's service.
