This Bhajare maanasa kruthi is a very big challenge for Smt.Sudha Raghunathan. She seems to have struggled a lot not to change the original structure of the kruthi. But she habitually changed the sangathi of the line Vasudhevam Harim.

uchchAraNa (pronunciation) could be much more deliberately correct and clear.
rAvaNa 'mardanam' and ravi jAti 'madanam' both sounded alike (mardanam vs madanam), sorry to say, but no disrespect, in fact Sudha garu is one of my most favorite vidhushis 🙏🏻
In caraNam, line-2, it is "ravi shashi nayanam ravi jAti madanam" (instead of ravijAri mardanam). The line starts describing beautiful eyes like sun and moon who is the madana (manmatha) of ravi kula; it cannot be describing Rama's beauty and end the same line describing Rama as the slayer of Vali, as in 'ravijAri mardanam'. That is not the right sAhityam.
Here is the corrected sAhityam for the interested folks:

good singing. lot of clarity of sanskrit words & samasas.HOWEVER SHE WAS NOT SURE OF HER SINGING ,SIMILAR TO ''MATHE MALAYADHAJA---;;. A LITTLE MORE PRACTICE SIMILAR TO POLISHING OF GOLD WOULD HAVE HELPED. SHE WAS NOT VERY CONVERSANT WITH THE LYRICS. A VERY GOOD VOICE ,ABSOLUTE MELODY. ALMOST LIKE LATE RAJANI HEBBAR SINGING BHAJARE AA MANASA.
CONCLUSION :VERY NICE THE OLD MAN IS HAPPY TO LISTEN.
I feel the same. I think it is due to her not practicing the song and singing it the same way every time; that results in variations she cannot be sure will sync with the taalam. What do you think?

Wonder why her voice doesn't come across strong! The rendition is not vibrant. It's like listening to a weak stream. Was she recovering from a bout of illness? Or could it be the quality of the recording?
Some songs must be vibrant, some must be melodious but strong....This is one of those songs. It must be sung slightly softer to invoke the true beauty of the song.
