Honestly, I'm not exactly sure. People loved Jerry Rice, Wes Welker, Julio Jones, Julian Edelman, Cris Carter. Ect. I but I do think we still talk about the divas a little more.
Respectfully bro, you are so wrong about Nuke and Julio it is actually insane. For D-Hop has been getting press as one of the best wideouts in the league for YEARS, and he's been mostly quiet about it but a public spat with Bill O'Brien and plays like the shit he pulled on DeAngelo Hall (You showed the play but not the shit talk) have been getting publicity for years. They're going to be recognized when they're great, and probably moved on from and remembered fondly by people who drafted them in fantasy. I hate to tell it to you this way man but this video is plainly, ass from an informational standpoint. You say nobody acknowledges them and then show clips of national media acknowledging them. You obviously put effort into the scripting and editing but none into the research. You're good at this bro. But do better.
@@c9manic959 The point of this video was to highlight guys who I think got less attention than their counterparts but were as good or better. Julio was second to MegaTron for elite traits, then he was second to AB for showmanship, but he was second to neither in production. Even later in the 2010's, Michael Thomas and OBJ were seen as better than him by some. Appreciate the feedback even if I disagree, it helps from my end to understand what people are seeing when they watch the videos. My comps were to TO, Dez, Ochocinco, AB, and OBJ for these guys who they were easily comparable to and honestly better than for most of them (minus TO) but I get what you are saying. There is a balance I am trying to strike on how far to go down the informational rabbit hole, entertainment value, and personal bandwidth to make these. Again, I honestly appreciate the feedback.
Julio is one of my favorite receivers of all time, dude was so amazing🔥 Im definitely expecting him to be a hall of famer. The only thing that brings an argument to his hall of fame debate is his receiving TD's. And that was because he was literally double teamed every time in the end zone
@sandyscheeks9624 It would be shocking if Julio didn't get in. Even with the lack of TD's it's going to be hard to keep him out. Especially because the Falcons were solid during his time there.
@jackmakackov7077 Oh don't worry, this was round 1 of the series. I didn't want to start out as too much of a homer, but Holt and Bruce will be a part of this series for sure.
What about Terry McLaurin? He literally had to play through at least 20 different quarterbacks before he finally found a true franchise QB and never once has he whined or complained about it.
This is a much needed convo all the elite players that got overlooked even from Little League and to high school. Then teams get mad when they have to cut divas off the team. Do they want talkers or players
@Gocolts2004-uw3sz I agree, but I think Harrison got a lot of his shine because of his quarterback. Marvin deserved it, but I wonder if he played for the Browns and put up crazy numbers would they have looked past him?
Andre the giant was a beast! In his prime top 5 wide receiver in fantasy like 10 years in a row. Hall of famer And he busted Cortland Finnegan in the head 😂
@deshawnwilson4046 There will definitely be more of these coming. I wasn't sure how many to open with and thought start with 3, but more to come for sure.
@MannyWilliams-zt6of I'm not sure if that is true....if you go down the list, 1. Rice 2. Fitz 3. Moss 4. TO 5. MegaTron? Tim Brown? Julio? Julio is definitely top 10, top 5 is tough for me to say who is in or out.
No . He's maybe top 10, probably top 15 is more accurate. Rice, moss t.o, Megatron , Bruce, Tim brown , Antonio brown , sterling Sharpe was even better. Many guys were. And I like jones.
Nobody and I mean nobody ever in life overlooked Julio jones the Mf was randy moss height with Deshawn Jackson speed that doesn’t get overlooked and he made a Super Bowl and was a huge factor in that season and Super Bowl itself if not for Kyle completely blowing it by abandoning the run Julio had an amazing Sideline body fully extended miraculous Catch
@SamirSmith-x4x So by overlooked, I mean that AB and OBJ got more attention than Julio even though Julio was the most talented WR in the NFL. He never got the full MegaTron type of respect even though his ability was comparable. I don't mean it as he got ZERO recognition, just that he didn't get the type of respect other physical freak athletes have gotten. Especially since Julio's production was on par with anyone during his era. I don't know, maybe I'm off base but I felt like he didn't get respected as the clear best WR during any stretch except the SB year.
I mean what about Mike Evans, idk if he’s considered a diva but he’s consistently overlooked and hes probably one of the most consistent players at the position
@transeo7768 This was the introduction to the series. I am going to cover more WRs and I cannot confirm or deny if Evans will be part of this...but I am definitely not denying it.
@Noenglsh I have another series of these in the works. There are definitely more to come! Cooper is not in the next round....but he could be in a future round of them for sure.
@definitelynotaweeb1111 This was the first of what I am planning on making a recurring series on the channel...but there are definitely others and Lockett will for sure be considered.
Do quiet wide receivers get the same respect as their diva counterparts?

@@Taquito_Rat Carter was a bit of a diva, but point taken on the others. Although Welker and Edelman are kind of the same guy.

Julio Jones' issue was that he had Matt Ryan as a QB. Matt Ryan was an OK QB , but loaded with offensive weapons throughout his years.
Mike Evans not even getting a mention is kinda wild imo
@dagand0 My plan is to keep the series going.
Torrey Holt and Issac Bruce are the epitome of this topic

System players for My Rams
Art Monk the originator
My man Larry Fitzgerald he got more tackles then drops but great video gang keep it up you gon do numbers
@JustinKase3 Fitz is coming for sure in this series.
@ bet I’m waiting on it gang got my notis on for u n all
One great post season run but his peak wasn’t comparable to the greats.

@gdaddycool483 There will be more to come in this series.
Much more recent player and way less stats than anyone listed. He's great but there are more deserving WR than him.

@halonaruto1999 I wanted to inspire the conversation and have plans on continuing the series for sure.
Great video. Great quality I’m shocked you have 4K subs and not millions
Thank you!
It’s even more insane when they are not over looked and quiet (Marvin Harrison Sr).
Amari Cooper

Marques Colston too ngl
