George Costanza is one of the most relatable and legendary sitcom characters ever, Jason deserved some award for that.

Im not sure about other awards, but he is in fact the only cast member to never win an emmy, though he was nominated 7 or 8 times. Michael Richard's won the most Emmys of the 4 main cast members.
