Days after that I was going to have a freakout in class until I was reading a reddit post on my phone I laughed so freaking hard it just went away no joke😂, I was happy the entire day and the thoughts went away I'm serious. I'm not saying laughing is going to fix your problem, but distance yourself from depressing things.
