I was just sent this modem that they told me will increase my speed.. My question is how do I log in without the app? I don't have a cellphone and it appears I can only log in to the network with the app.
Look at the bottom of your modem, you will see Wi-Fi name and the Wi-Fi password. You can use it to connect to your router and then you will have an option to change the name and the password for your own.
@@cableguychannel It found the W-Fi name when it went through the identitiy process. I entered the password but it still sends me to the place to download the app to finish the setup. I don't have a router, just the other modem I'm replacing..I can't have them both hooked up at the same time.
