I was meditating to this as I fell asleep last night. I don't think I lasted awake long, I just remember visualizing my cells filled with light before drifting off. But boy oh boy, I did not feel good when I woke up! 😱 I felt like my body was burning 🔥, almost as if I had a flu. Most of this feeling is gone now after getting more rest, though. 😁 I'm still learning how activations and opening chakras affect my body immediately right after, but it seems like they are growing pains and my body is just adjusting. 😀 Thank you so much for this, JJ!!!
