This match is one of the best things to happen to Rugby for many years. Imagine this crowd at every Drua match. Spectacular
You can have the biggest crowd and still lose. It's not the crowd that wins games it's the team and how long they play for. 80 minutes not 60. That's why the NZ franchise teams are great they play the full 80 minutes even more weather they are up or down in the score board.

Amazing crowd and atmosphere, respect to Fiji for that. Probably the best crowd in Super Rugby since the Jaguares semifinal vs Brumbies in 2019.
I attended this game. Even though the Drua lost I still enjoyed the game. Habosi’s skill is unbelievable & I got some pics with the players. We need more games in Fiji next season.

That home crowd is what the Drua have been missing for so long, a pity that lineouts and cracking under pressure let them down. On the bright side next season they should be home in Suva and Lautoka respectively with the Chiefs coming up later on in the latter venue.

What an amazing crowd, fantastic game. Love the small but packed stadiums. No idea why we in Wales still have teams like the Ospreys playing in a stadium that can hold 20,000 people and only 3-4,000 attend - kills the atmosphere!

The Drua are a real addition to Super Rugby. Need to get their overall fitness up, and work on a couple of technical aspects - defense and set piece, mainly - but if they can iron out some of those kinks they could become really exciting.
"The Crowd Goes Wild" what an electrifying atmosphere⚡⚡⚡. We definitely need to see this kind of hype and vibe in Nz and Aus games😅. Imagine Drua doing the damage in years to come. Let's all be patient with them🤞

True statement 👌 💯 👏, the reason I say this is because the selectors for the Drua team went for developing young players in our local competition though we had "older work hardened, experienced and more skilled players" available,...so I reckon given the time and opportunity, our young players will be able to make it big.
@@sosthenes_stone I agree, and by then the players who would've had 4-5 years experience at super rugby level will be the wise heads and experienced players to guide the new up and coming players coming through.
Drua played well, but failing to clear it from their 22 was the difference. They should have started Ratave as well.
Communication the key for Drua boys. Be nice to have Johnny Dyer leading the forwards and Samu Kerevi controlling the Backline 🤔

World rugby really needs to setup international tours to the pacific islands
They are but just not doing it more often, especially when Ireland was supposed to come over for a tour last year but COVID issues prevented that

Drua started strong but couldn't go the whole 80 nevertheless a good performance and a bonus point for a close finish.

The drua just needs to get a good kicker and work on there mauls. They lose alot of points from failed conversions and penalty kicks because they don't have a good enough kicker, a kicker that can keep up in points to tier 1 teams. Same goes for their mauls. I noticed that the drua and even that national Fiji teams always do well in the first half and early second half against the tier 1 nations and teams but as soon as the opposing teams resort to mauls the Fiji teams crumble under pressure. Hopefully the coach work on this but they're doing well for a team that's still new to super rugby.
Well done Highlanders. Jeesh, is Kiwi rugby in decline or are the sides in the Super Rugby this year a lot closer, haha?. I think they are a lot closer and the tournament needs this I feel.
