I highly doubt Luke is ok without you. You pampered Luke , took care of yourself and business at the same time. The adventures and travel you had together will always be good memories. The differences that broke you two apart are still there. You are brilliant, driven, athletic, loving, curious, well spoken, great intentions, wonderful family member, adorable friendships, superb video editor , cook. Taking time to find you balance after any huge change or event is essential and not always comfortable emotionally. Our library here has a coffee shop, presentation talks, gift store, magazine room with tables, quiet rooms to reserve, computers and printers. The atmosphere is quiet yet friendly if one needs to get help or just say hello. I admire your continued goals in modeling because even Judge Judy says never let your finances come from a man. You inspire me to cook and eat better in intentional ways for better health. Now is your time to cry as well as laugh. Tears wash away , cleanse the soul. I disagree with some of these comments saying "all you can do is work on yourself" or just to do more self care. That's obviously only going to get you so far and then you still might not feel so great after. My advice is, seek opportunities to help others and ways that you can give. Looking outward will help heal within. Kindness not only makes others happy, but it makes us happy with ourselves. And also, doing work to help other people really keeps you busy and your mind off of things. Hope some of this helps. :)

Don’t rush the process girl! It took me almost a year to get over a relationship but what helped me the most was truly working on my hugeeee goals that make me excited and living my best life. And when you are ready, open your heart up to start dating again when the time feels good to you - learning about relationship anxiety helped me so much in my next relationships. Breakups suck but remind yourself why would you still want someone that doesn’t want you more? I literally have a screen background on my phone that says “What I Want Wants Me More” and that has helped me manifest everything I truly desire into my life. Find a coach for something you are working on too - therapy is great but I think a life coach or business coach or some sort of successful coach can help you elevate and level up your life to a point where you are a 10 with or without a guy. ❤

It is so nice to see a new vlog from you. I just had a horrible week of traveling for my Dad's funeral. Just got back last night and I am in so much pain. The upside to the trip was that I got to see all my sisters at once, which hasn't happened in years. Being with them just makes me so happy. Even though this trip was centered around something sad, I am thankful that it brought us together and we were there to support eachother. He might have been a horrible father but he did give us the gift of eachother and I am happy everyday to know that I have my sisters.
I am sorry you are having a hard time. It's ok to grieve the loss of a relationship and to miss your ex. He was a huge part of your life so of course it hurts that he isn't in your life anymore.
I wish there were something I could do to comfort you.
Try to find happiness in everyday because everyday has the potential to be your next best day. There is so much love and joy in life and it is out there waiting for you. ❤

Hi Kendel I’m so sorry you’re not feeling your best but I hope time heals your heart. It may seem as though things won’t get better with how you’re feeling now but I promise it will get better. The only advice I can offer personally is just to continue making yourself busy, take care of yourself, and do the things that genuinely make you happy. If possible just give yourself a break from social media to focus on you so that you don’t accidentally scroll to anymore triggering images of Luke. Seeing someone you once loved happy without you would also be triggering to me , so you and I have that in common. Forget about how he looks on social media I’m sure he’s just making himself look as happy as possible in hopes that you see him and it makes you upset. Don’t fall for it, I hope this message finds you and makes you feel better. Take care!
