      @@shobhasalve6684 chamcham are not sponge as they are dense. They are boiled in thick sugar syrup.

    Shamla g no doubt your recipe is perfect i tried your many recipe but the only thing is chamcham i never made it every time my rasgulla and chamcham is burst idont no why ???

      Ok shayad aap jab doodh fad rahe ho. Mtlb chenna bana rahe ho..to wo milk completely nhi fat Raha..aur ye maine meri Bengali mithai bki recipe me bataya hai.. exactly muze ab yaad nhi AA Raha ki wo video konsi hai..but ussme maine clearly chenna fad kar dikhya hai..chenna fadne me difference bhi dikhaya hai..

    I have a small question...why is rasgulla cooking sugar syrup need to be so thin...as in water is almost 4 -5 times of sugar? Why can't it be more concentrated like Cham Cham? How will it impact the rasgulla?
