Proxy fights began as a term as shareholders arguing for control and direction of investments, equity, companies.. etc... But, is also applies for things like cold wars and more personal matters like... hatfields and mccoys... romeo and juliet... a small community between divorces... or johny depp court cases... even the batchelor... the social media and political parties and very real issues which spin off into KPI issues which take on an energy which can be large and as a part of other splices of issues. Cities, counties, states, countries, worlds.... lots of communities...
The reality is... there are very real families which get involved in these types of things and capture and so many things....
Everyone belongs to more than one "community"... the personal pie charts and larger balls of light and the work of better; its very workable... and yea, the market driven world and larger scale finance matters a lot and plays critical roles... but they are not the only ones....
I have opinions, like everyone does...
