    I love this because it's easy. You just need the right tools.

      It definitely takes the right know how though too. I could do everything here with a few basic tools if need be, but it would take much much longer.

    You just keep coming up with inspiring and well defined videos. This, like you stated, takes longer than it does on the video. Editing and patience go hand in hand. Keep it up Mark. Great job! Stay safe mates!😊👍🏻😷

    I don't know why who ever those viewers are that press dislike.
    Why not explain what you did not like or maybe even give a better suggestion.
    I'm sure Mark welcomes new ideas.

      Its jealousy, analytics show that more than 90% of dislikes come from the first 10 seconds of the video, so it has nothing to do with the actual content of the video. Its just a hater being a hater, what they don't know is it actually helps the video as it is a form of engagement, so they can dislike away!

    YOU should be using leather instead of vinyl your work and attention to detail is impeccable i had no idea they even made a tool like that little gap gauge that may come in handy

    • @CarAudioFabrication
      @CarAudioFabrication  3 роки тому +1

      Better to match the vehicle. This doesn't have leather inside so I prefer to match the vinyl that it does. The tool can be used for all materials though 👍

    Just curious, how much do your installs normally cost? Considering how your work is among the best in the industry. Also, really appreciate the videos. Love seeing your work and you teach me so much

    I get using the templates and stuff, but it ends up making everything look the same. You end up using them on everything to justify the initial purchase. I've made lots of cover panels and designed the openings to match the vehicle and the items being covered/revealed.

    • @gregbrightwell662
      @gregbrightwell662 3 роки тому +1

      Where as you have a point... if one were to have a template and wanted something different...a clever individual could use it, and a straight edge or other template to make a new design.
      Then you could retain that design, couple it with yet another template and then have yet another completely new design.

    Hey mark, I’m planning on building a box soon for 2 10 inch subs. Was wondering if you had any videos about ports and how to calculate the needed port area, length, etc.
    Also great video as always!!

    Hey, i know that its a noob question buut my car is a bmw 5 series 2007year, it has the worst sound system that u can get so its missing the centre dash speaker.. Theres no even wiring.. Will i damage the amp if i take signal from lets say some of the front doors and wire a second speaker in parallel with one of the door speakers and put it in the centre ( 2x 4ohm speakers on one channel of the amp) speakers are 30watts.

  • @airwicxrodriguez8433

    Hi really like the videos you put out. My question is when settings the gain on the amp . What tune do you use for the settings and are the tune frequency different when doing the setting from bass and mid and high? Thank you for your time

    Hey Mark. What are the specs on your mess screens?

  • @kevinmerai6092

    Somebody please help!
    I got 4” alpine coaxials in the front and pioneer 3 way 6x9 in the back, each getting 50 watts rms from a head unit and amp.
    when I crank the volume I get lots of distortion. I want to use the full volume potential of my amp for clear audio while I’m blasting my tunes.
    Thanks in advance!

    • @markrigg6623
      @markrigg6623 3 роки тому +1

      Its not that much power so you might be expecting too much, particularly when it comes to bass output. 4" speakers won't produce any significant bass. The 6 by 9s will make some but you need to make sure they are baffled properly.

  • @connorbishop3289

    Sorry to ask another question, just occurred to me, but how often do you mess up or make mistakes?

    How much does an install like that cost? Products and labor?

  • @adamarmstrong8845
    @adamarmstrong8845 3 роки тому

    Why don’t you use magnets for attaching the beauty panels. I would think it would be an easier install and access solution to the equipment.

    • @CarAudioFabrication
      @CarAudioFabrication  3 роки тому

      Magnets are good for when the outsides of a part are not contained. The press fit here is much more satisfying and IMO professional. You want tight gaps for the upholstery to look good anyhow. Different if you were doing something like an acrylic to acrylic fitment like I did in this video: ua-cam.com/video/6NqO4DOyfHc/v-deo.html
