We study in tetany that due to deficency of calcium ions muscle contracts involuntarically but the head of myosin is attached to actin due to calcium ion to replace the tropomyosin then the head of myosin attach with actin as result contraction occur so why in tetany deficency of calcium proceed contraction?

In Tetany deficiency of calcium occurs in blood not in muscle fibre.
