Maybe that energy which produce solar panel is enough to spin the fan, but not enough to move the "car" this way. The only reason why car running it's because you blowing on it using air compressor or wind ( I thin so ) , but we're don't hear this because music playin' during all the video.
Good idea, but to realise this you need some accum
