- Going up against my buddy Zach on his 2017 Can-Am Renegade 1000 X-XC on my 2007 Raptor 700R this was the 1st or 2nd place race in the Semi-Stock class at the Levi Peck benefit race in Needmore PA!

You jumped by a second and he still reeled you in 😂. I don’t even see the point to sport atvs anymore when a tune and pipe on a renegade will destroy all sport quads until you get into cheetah cub banshees or huge big bore stroker cam raptors and even then it will be close lol
Not true. Big 3 raptor will still walk a tuned 1000. And that's the xxc. It's the lightest of all the 1000s.
@@ric2267 now way would a raptor win unless it has head work and can etc.. also the xxc is the heaviest or the same as It comes with heavier shocks, skid plates hand guards..
@@xGR1MxREAPERx Do your research. Xxc is lighter than xmr. And a Raptor is faster than every 1000 stock. Except the xxc and scrambler S. That's it

You Shift to early no reason you should lose to a renagade. I beat these machince no problem. L2 drag you should only had to shift once not 3x.
Looks like the raptor lacks in the top end those renegades are beasts love both
with a tune the raptor will hit around 83 mph
I think he’s also struggling to put it down. The 4wd is breaking that edge

Gearing.the raptor from factory is very undertuned. With mods not many machines will beat them an iv raced them all.
@@LSDdreams808 I own both. Mod for mod, the Rene will dunk on the Raptor all day. ESPECIALLY with driver error factored in. A novice rider that knows where to put their weight will beat an experienced rider on the Raptor essentially every time.

The Rene weighs a little over 1/3 more with almost twice the power. Just stop dude, unless you wanna meet up and get gapped by my 4x4 quad. Your competition is the Rene 650, not the 1000r.

Wonder if a quick shifter could be fitted on a raptor 700
I believe it would definitely be possible, my teammate has one on his YFZ450R and it works great. It has the same fuel programmer as my raptor, Power Commander V
@Double D. Racing I have one on my 2019 ktm 690 smcr and auto blip I feel weird riding my other bikes with out it. I'm so use to riding with one

Why do none of these videos tell which one is in which lane? They NEVER tell who won. I can't be the only one angered by this can I?
The first race the raptor 700 was in the left lane, the raptor reached the finish line first but there was a red light on the starts. The second race the Raptor 700 was in the right lane and the Can-Am 1000 won the race.
Do you mean you don't know which one is the Raptor and which is the Renegade? I'm guessing he didn't mention which was which or which won because it was pretty obvious based off the video...
