- The Aristocrats randomly played Sweaty Knockers for the first time live since 2015. It was spur of the moment and it rocked! Guthrie Govan is one of the greatest guitar players alive!
Just imagine what Guthrie could have done with six fingers on each hand!
Saw them at the Scout Bar in Houston on the 16th. Absolutely an incredible show! Guthrie is truly on a different level of excellence!
I was there both nights and they killed it!!! First time seeing them.
Oh man! Going both nights would have been incredible! I live in OKC so the drive wasn’t too bad. Thinking about catching them again in KC!
Looking fwd to the Seattle show!
Thanks🤘👍
Thank you !
Slide it in !🤘🤘

HOW DID I MISS THIS
I almost missed it
Thanks for this awesome video man.
Thanks for posting this. I can't believe I missed this one.
It was an incredible night!
Can you remember the set list
@@lawrencesprau1935 honestly, it was all over the place. They had a couple new songs that aren’t on any records yet. They said their tour is still pretty new so they’re working out their setlist on the fly. They played a nice variety of tunes. Especially from their first two albums.
Thanks for share the GG
I'm all for Texas. But the middle of July?
Good show anyway, boys.
I'm seeing them in a few weeks. Who opened for them? Last time I saw them it was the Travis Larson Band.
No opener at the show I saw them.
do you know what the setlist was?
I don't really remember anymore. I do remember that I recognized most of the songs, except for any new songs that weren't out yet. However, this particular song in this video was definitely not on the setlist. In fact, they hadn't even attempted to play this song in many years. I think they did a pretty dang good job!
Anyone know why Guthrie is wearing a mask? Just curious if he's tested positive, as he's not near enough to the audience for him to be worried about contracting it.
He said he tested positive 3 days prior to this show.

Thanks Stuart.
@@guitarguy7596 It's smart, because masks don't protect you from others, they protect them from yourself. Guthrie is also a fantastic human.
Please keep in mind that every variant of this seems to be more contagious, but thankfully less harmful, to most. Apparently he was recently positive, and doing his best not to potentially infect others.
@@TristanJCumpole True that most masks are worn to protect others but, the right mask (N95 or equivalent) , properly fitted, offers much protection to the wearer, too. Peace
Get a haircut goven
A wild guitar players gotta have some wild hair!
