I feel like Tabi should have another passive ability on top of his HP drain. Similar to Retro’s poison ability, Tabi’s will drain your HP by 1% every second, but this is only accessible during Corruption. During his Retrospector remix version, it’ll drain 3% every second outside of his own notes.
Tabi's abilities in his original mod were pretty consistent with what you're talking about. He took about 1-2% per note, on top of having a passive HP drain on top of it. The issue was that it was too little to see
