When you start the MyNBA lower injury severity to about 20.. you’ll see more pulled muscles and tweaks here and there versus season ending injuries all the time… still gives about 2-3 season ending injuries each year with that setting (all teams included)

Extend your rotation or give your bench guys more minutes. If you’re playing guys 36 a night they’ll break down far more often
