I tested alot of builds with twin slayers on test server, the best one imo was stalker hood, mistwalker jacket, mana run, roast snapper. The idea is by the time you get second E they are under 50% and get one shot with stalker hood E.

Just in case you don't know^hood cleanse counters cultist cowl, that's why swords got such an easy brawl with you
