This is honestly the only zombie series I've watched ever since zombie movie/series became a trend. The story is not cliche and not frustrating to watch. Hyungsik and Hyojoo's chemistry here is really great! Their subtle way of showing their love for each other brings crazy butterflies in my stomach >o

And they are not the cheesy kind of lovers turning 360 they just complement each other so naturally that you would be swept away with their chemistry without you noticing. They love and trust each other so much and really they don't need anyone else beside each other. I don't really like zombie movies really but I love this. I always will.
He was so content just being desperately in love with her, not acting on it and letting her find her own happiness and she was so clueless to her own feelings that it took a freaking zombie apocalypse for her to figure out why she didn't like the idea of him getting hurt 💀😂
It's coming on Netflix and I still think both of them deserves more scene for the ending. Should have made Yihyun coma after the shot, him healing due to the vaccines, and Saebom taking care of him and maybe later any confession (as Yihyun said he wanted to confess for real in the video he recorded for her) or proposal. I mean, only a time skip of them being happy for a minute at the end is not enough 😭😭
Absolutely agree! We didn't get to loosen up and experience Happiness after the zombie apocalypse was over. The ending was rushed. Both the female lead and the little girl had to meet their omma, the couple could have got married for real in the drama, then they could spaces of healing after such a big thing that happened in their life. Coming out of it and getting closer - all of this should have been included. I needed that As a viewer and I wonder why this aspect of one script was neglected.

I DONT watch zombie dramas... I saw this because of Hyunk Sik (and it was only 12 ep) ...BUT i left with such i high standard that i dont think i can ever watch any other ..this was so FREAKING GOOD ...this actress ..the entire on /offscreen cast ia to be commended..... i ddint even feel the central theme was zombies ..it was ALL ABOUT THE COUPLE ..no "sweet" scenes ...just unbelievable love ,trust, power, faith,commitment.....soulmates is what this couple truly demonstrates ❤❤
