When you apply the glitter glue & glitter, do you place on the cup turner for drying?

Can you modge podge to apply your glitter? Also, what is the dry time? 24 or 48 after you apply the modge podge and glitter to your tumbler?

No, mod podge can cause issues and does not get a long with water based top coats.
