The thing is overeating and binges are a very common thing and it makes you relatable Debbie. I know you may feel annoyed,guilty or even ashamed of yourself but you havent "failed". I think when people follow things like WW or SW,they do at the end of the day restrict you on certain items and your body may crave/want it and its normal. And also its good to treat yourself. I had 4 takeaways this week,alot of chocolate and crisps. Yeah it doesnt follow my calorie reduction diet/lifestyle but i fancied it and wanted it. Ill just get my mindset into a healthier one next week and try hard to avoid eating the whole pack/bags of high cal and fat items. You've got this Debbie. Its hard to kick thoae old habits and tendancies but its okay to eat them still
It's good to see you back, I was a bit worried. The fact is we have to live a life around making the right choices and it's really hard sometimes ❤ All you can do is keep trying and tracking your food even though sometimes it seems hard.
As you said all you can do is keep trying. Like you I had a birthday in June and was on holiday. I’m still in target and will be getting my 6year diamond award in July. I’ve never stopped group as I know it would be wrong for me as I need the support or I could fall off the plan . Take care Doris xx
Your dress looks lovely Debbie, the colour really suits you. We all struggle and I have had a dreadful weekend, the food is bob on but the night times are the worst and I eat chocolate, including in secret. I have put on 3 lbs since Thursday 😢and it is all down to chocolate. Have you tried the gluten free chiabatta rolls (Heb) you can make these into garlic bread. I used garlic paste on mine, it was okay but I will try it with granules next time. Also, the frozen garlic slices from Aldi are really nice and not too bad at 5 syns a slice. Thank you for coming on and sharing you thoughts, it is always nice to see you and we all appreciate you doing them x
Glad to hear your catch up Debbie. June and July are very hard for me to keep on track as there are so many birthdays and meals out. Plus I was away end of May. I have just about got back to pre holiday weight, but I understand how hard it is to get back on track.
