Hi Kim, my daughter in Morganton, NC is without power, water and cell service. She’s been working long shifts at the hospital ER to help during this disaster. Her home was high enough not to be flooded but the town in under water. That area got up to 25” rain in 48 hrs. Many roads are closed from washouts and trees down. She has a portable generator to keep her freezer and refrigerator going. Her family was supposed to come to Wisconsin next weekend for my other daughter’s wedding but now unable to. The hospital had to bring in water trucks for dialysis patients at the hospital. They need a lot of prayer.
I knew when I saw that comments were off, people were being terrible. I don't blame you a bit. I don't understand why people are unkind just to make themselves feel better. I hate when people hurt other people's feelings just because they can. I think Jake is doing great for what he knows. And I am so happy that y'all have your new horses. Lester says they get most of the hate on horse videos 😞 I'm sorry you guys are experiencing this as well. I was alot of pain with my right knee. I went for shots every 6 months and got to be a bother. So 2020 July 7, I had a knee replacement. It feels so much better now. It always seems that no matter what you do, someone is going to criticize you or know a better way to do something. There are always going to be armchair doctors or armchair hose trainers. Ignore them you’ve seen your doctor that should be good enough . You’ve had horses most of your life, you certainly aren’t a novice, that should be good enough for everyone. Gm Kim and babies😊 tendonitis anywhere on the body is slow to improve- I know from my own experience- slow exercises -everyother day may be painfulugh! but I had to do it. with NSAIDs (topical - like voltaren gel) or oral- and rest -does take time to improve, but you will see it get better. Hang in there❤

Kim try some Biofreeze on your knee and put like a sock or something around it. That’s what I have to do with my neck and my lower back but I have my shirt to cover it up, but I put a handkerchief around it. Try that Kim it might work, hun

Unfortunately when you open your lives to unknown strangers you also open yourself up to the hater, know it alls etc. I've seen it on all your family pages. Some poeple are unhappy with their own lives and they can only find happiness is tearing others down. Its easy for us to say just ignore them but you can't. Hurtful hateful comment do just that they hurt our feelings and make us feel bad. Sometime you just have to turn your comments off so you can keep your sanity. Well I think for as long as Jake has been riding he’s doing great. I’ve watched Jake from the first video of him riding to now and I can see improvements. Jake is learning and he’s doing great. Some of these people should remember the saying if you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything at all. Everyone is different and if they think they are the perfect horseman then maybe they should make their on videos.
Yes I think Jake is doing awesome. Especially since these are the first two horses that he has really ever ridden. That in its self is hard. New rider, two different horses with different temperaments

Kim just watch your other knee. If you feel a little bit of pain, put a brace on that side for prevention. You may want to get a long compression brace that can be worn on either knee. Nothing too tight though. Just something that fits nicely under pants, doesn’t roll just gives you the support when you need it and for long car rides. Ben isn’t at his mom’s. He’s at the football game. If Jake has any extra t-post caps, see if he can put some on those posts. When you said cutting horse, brought back memories of my mom talking about her riding her cutting horse.

Hi Kim, i love hearing about your Nanny from you and Lester my family on my father's side is from Tyler Texas when I would visit as a kid I remember it being so beautiful only thing is I'm not real crazy about the humidity not going to lie as far as all the people giving you suggestions about your horse anytime you put a horse in the mix you are going to get everybody's two cents worth and unfortunately some people like to rain on your parade it's the way of the world I guess all you can do is put up your umbrella😊❤ from one horse owner ( we are both retired!) Were you given exercises for your knee? When my shoulder tendonitis flares up, I have specific exercises to do along with using ice and massage what I love to see is your slow approach to working it your horse. Take care
With my tendonitis what really helps me because they're an anti-inflammatory is two 800 mg ibuprofen and yes that is not good probably to take all the time and do long-term but when I need it to get things done and I take 2 800 mg ibuprofen which is a prescription for me it really helps but I drink a lot of water with it and try not to do it often because it's hard on my liver. And then I rub the natural arnica on my knee and it helps just an idea that might help you a little bit I'll continue to pray for healing for your knee it really sucks I know and it can be so uncomfortable❤
I'm sorry people are so hateful and they watch a video and don't seem to have the capacity to follow along and listen to what you say because you've made it very clear your purposes with this horse and it bums me out because I am just so grateful that you are blessed with this beautiful horse and just as Jamie has said there's people in the horse community that are just really assholes and know-it-alls. And I'm sorry people are like that.... there's a way to say things with respect ❤ I've enjoyed watching Jake's confidence build and you know horses and so it's nice that that's something that you can even have that time to allow him to build kids confidence while you're there to almost like teach I think you may be using a longer lunge line would be safer doing it with a short lead rope doesn't give much space between him and that horse is something Spooks the horse or you know him or the horse could become dizzy so maybe a bit more space between him and I am using this as an example ❤ but that for example is just my opinion and my thoughts on that particular little thing and I'm using that as an example there is a tactful way to say things and give thoughts and opinions respectfully❤ but when it comes down to it that is your horse and your situation and I don't think it's anyone's Place mine or anybody else's to sit there and be rude and hateful over things that you might do different then me❤ but it is a blessing to be able to see you with a horse and I'm so I will say it over and over again I'm just going to start crying because I'm so happy for you ❤you are one of the hardest working least selfish human beings I have ever seen ❤you do everything for everybody and you're always there to help and you spend everyday of your life being the best mom and the best possible thing for your son that lives with you and it really touches my heart❤ I have a best friend that has a daughter with the same type of thing has your son has and so I have a good idea of how things can be for you so to be able to watch you be excited and have something like this beautiful horse brings tears to my eyes I'm so happy for you ❤ you're one of the most deserving people in the world❤ I have so much respect and admiration for you❤ we're supposed to love everybody ask Christian people but it doesn't mean that you have to sit and take people s*** so please don't❤ sorry my comment might be all over the place but I just really don't like always having to watch you defend yourself or Justify the choices that you make because that's not our place to sit and be disrespectful in the comment section❤ and I am so sorry you have to deal with that just block them don't deal with it❤ I really enjoy and look forward to watching each and every one of your videos so when I get on here and it's sad to me that people can be so opinionated and rude and mean you absolutely do not deserve that and it is so disrespectful towards you

Kim I mean no disrespect but your knee sounds exactly like mine was when I tore my meniscus at work. I went a year with the company doctor saying it was something else. I told them to forget it and found a real knee doctor. A week later I was having my knee replaced. Six months later I had the same surgery on my other knee because going that long with out my hurt knee being fixed it messed up my left knee. It was a long haul but I’m so glad it was done. My knees haven’t bothered me for 10 years now. I’m like you and do things a lady shouldn’t but it has to be done and there’s no one else to do it. Prayers for you and Levi.

Kim I’m so sorry for all the negative comments you get. You’re so sweet and kind and I do t see why they do it. I have a problem with my knee too. One day I was at a restaurant and I was side stepping to get around a table and something popped. It was a torn meniscus and I had surgery and it’s really never been the same. I’m praying for the healing of your knee. 🍁🌻🍂✝️🙏
Hey Kim. A couple of months ago I also twisted my knee. I had pain along the inside of my right kneecap. I went to my doctor and she set me up with physical therapy. I went to physical therapy. I believe it was four times once a week for four weeks. It worked wonders for my knee. The therapist gave me a printed copy of the exercises that he taught me how to do to strengthen the muscles that support the knee, which I was not aware. It’s the thigh muscles that support the knee. I did these exercises twice a day once in the morning once in the evening, and it has worked wonders. At first before I saw the therapist. I was putting a heating pad on my knee. He said no you need ice. so if it was bothering me usually around bedtime, I would sit in my recliner with an ice pack on my knee of course I don’t know anything other than what I was taught by the physical therapist. I’m not a doctor. I’m not a therapist. But just a thought I don’t know if you’ve had anybody check it out or suggest therapy I was terrified that I might have to have surgery. I’m 67 years old, not scared. I’m not afraid of surgery. I just didn’t want the hassle. Turns out I didn’t need it. Hope this helps love you and Levi and the rest of the family.❤

He rarely came to our house because he was too drunk to drive lol. My grandma, on the other hand, as I became an adult, became my nest friend. I was alot of pain with my right knee. I went for shots every 6 months and got to be a bother. So 2020 July 7, I had a knee replacement. It feels so much better now. Gm Kim and babies😊 tendonitis anywhere on the body is slow to improve- I know from my own experience- slow exercises -everyother day may be painfulugh! but I had to do it. with NSAIDs (topical - like voltaren gel) or oral- and rest -does take time to improve, but you will see it get better. Well I think for as long as Jake has been riding he’s doing great. I’ve watched Jake from the first video of him riding to now and I can see improvements. Jake is learning and he’s doing great. Some of these people should remember the saying if you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything at all. Everyone is different and if they think they are the perfect horseman then maybe they should make their on videos.
Yes I think Jake is doing awesome. Especially since these are the first two horses that he has really ever ridden. That in its self is hard. New rider, two different horses with different temperaments

Kim just watch your other knee. If you feel a little bit of pain, put a brace on that side for prevention.
You may want to get a long compression brace that can be worn on either knee. Nothing too tight though. Just something that fits nicely under pants, doesn’t roll just gives you the support when you need it and for long car rides.

Hi Kim, i love hearing about your Nanny from you and Lester my family on my father's side is from Tyler Texas when I would visit as a kid I remember it being so beautiful only thing is I'm not real crazy about the humidity not going to lie as far as all the people giving you suggestions about your horse anytime you put a horse in the mix you are going to get everybody's two cents worth and unfortunately some people like to rain on your parade it's the way of the world I guess all you can do is put up your umbrella😊❤ from one horse owner ( we are both retired!) Were you given exercises for your knee? When my shoulder tendonitis flares up, I have specific exercises to do along with using ice and massage what I love to see is your slow approach to working it your horse. Take care
With my tendonitis what really helps me because they're an anti-inflammatory is two 800 mg ibuprofen and yes that is not good probably to take all the time and do long-term but when I need it to get things done and I take 2 800 mg ibuprofen which is a prescription for me it really helps but I drink a lot of water with it and try not to do it often because it's hard on my liver. And then I rub the natural arnica on my knee and it helps just an idea that might help you a little bit I'll continue to pray for healing for your knee it really sucks I know and it can be so uncomfortable❤
I'm sorry people are so hateful and they watch a video and don't seem to have the capacity to follow along and listen to what you say because you've made it very clear your purposes with this horse and it bums me out because I am just so grateful that you are blessed with this beautiful horse and just as Jamie has said there's people in the horse community that are just really assholes and know-it-alls. And I'm sorry people are like that.... there's a way to say things with respect ❤ I've enjoyed watching Jake's confidence build and you know horses and so it's nice that that's something that you can even have that time to allow him to build kids confidence while you're there to almost like teach I think you may be using a longer lunge line would be safer doing it with a short lead rope doesn't give much space between him and that horse is something Spooks the horse or you know him or the horse could become dizzy so maybe a bit more space between him and I am using this as an example ❤ but that for example is just my opinion and my thoughts on that particular little thing and I'm using that as an example there is a tactful way to say things and give thoughts and opinions respectfully❤ but when it comes down to it that is your horse and your situation and I don't think it's anyone's Place mine or anybody else's to sit there and be rude and hateful over things that you might do different then me❤ but it is a blessing to be able to see you with a horse and I'm so I will say it over and over again I'm just going to start crying because I'm so happy for you ❤you are one of the hardest working least selfish human beings I have ever seen ❤you do everything for everybody and you're always there to help and you spend everyday of your life being the best mom and the best possible thing for your son that lives with you and it really touches my heart❤ I have a best friend that has a daughter with the same type of thing has your son has and so I have a good idea of how things can be for you so to be able to watch you be excited and have something like this beautiful horse brings tears to my eyes I'm so happy for you ❤ you're one of the most deserving people in the world❤ I have so much respect and admiration for you❤ we're supposed to love everybody ask Christian people but it doesn't mean that you have to sit and take people s*** so please don't❤ sorry my comment might be all over the place but I just really don't like always having to watch you defend yourself or Justify the choices that you make because that's not our place to sit and be disrespectful in the comment section❤ and I am so sorry you have to deal with that just block them don't deal with it❤ I really enjoy and look forward to watching each and every one of your videos so when I get on here and it's sad to me that people can be so opinionated and rude and mean you absolutely do not deserve that and it is so disrespectful towards you

Kim I mean no disrespect but your knee sounds exactly like mine was when I tore my meniscus at work. I went a year with the company doctor saying it was something else. I told them to forget it and found a real knee doctor. A week later I was having my knee replaced. Six months later I had the same surgery on my other knee because going that long with out my hurt knee being fixed it messed up my left knee. It was a long haul but I’m so glad it was done. My knees haven’t bothered me for 10 years now. I’m like you and do things a lady shouldn’t but it has to be done and there’s no one else to do it. Prayers for you and Levi.

Kim I’m so sorry for all the negative comments you get. You’re so sweet and kind and I do t see why they do it. I have a problem with my knee too. One day I was at a restaurant and I was side stepping to get around a table and something popped. It was a torn meniscus and I had surgery and it’s really never been the same. I’m praying for the healing of your knee. 🍁🌻🍂✝️🙏
Hey Kim. A couple of months ago I also twisted my knee. I had pain along the inside of my right kneecap. I went to my doctor and she set me up with physical therapy. I went to physical therapy. I believe it was four times once a week for four weeks. It worked wonders for my knee. The therapist gave me a printed copy of the exercises that he taught me how to do to strengthen the muscles that support the knee, which I was not aware. It’s the thigh muscles that support the knee. I did these exercises twice a day once in the morning once in the evening, and it has worked wonders. At first before I saw the therapist. I was putting a heating pad on my knee. He said no you need ice. so if it was bothering me usually around bedtime, I would sit in my recliner with an ice pack on my knee of course I don’t know anything other than what I was taught by the physical therapist. I’m not a doctor. I’m not a therapist. But just a thought I don’t know if you’ve had anybody check it out or suggest therapy I was terrified that I might have to have surgery. I’m 67 years old, not scared. I’m not afraid of surgery. I just didn’t want the hassle. Turns out I didn’t need it. Hope this helps love you and Levi and the rest of the family.❤

He rarely came to our house because he was too drunk to drive lol. My grandma, on the other hand, as I became an adult, became my nest friend.
