- Rapper JARV has to spit an incredible rap or R.A. the Rugged Man will chop his fucking head off. JARV is a self proclaimed "goofy little white kid" straight out of Vermont. He maybe be goofy, little and white but he's an unbelievably talented up and coming MC with great flows and an entertaining personality. He proves it over a classic DJ Premier beat.
