I am so glad I decided to crack this one open! Fruit Sweetness right off the bat with heat coming in hot on it's tail. Definitely one to put on the purchase again list.

Watching it back the vinegar is not as strong of the flavor profile as I make it sound to be, but you can get a bit of the zing from it.
