AnkerWork Fixed My M650 Microphone!

It is easy to get on the internet and complain about a company's poor customer service, but we rarely celebrate the good behavior.
During the holidays, my ‪@AnkerWork‬ M650 Wireless receiver was damaged in a tripod fall. The pin for the cold shoe mount was bent and I reached out hoping they would fix it.
They ended up replacing the receiver at no cost and I am very grateful (I was not expecting that).
I wanted to give them a shout out for their good customer service and how quickly they responded during all of this.
