This is some of the questions we all ask ourselves when cruising on a ship we have never been on before right? It can be a useful thing to know before embarking on a cruise ship.
So In this video we give you a detailed tour of our Standard Balcony Cabin onboard the P&O Britannia. What do you guys think?

We went on Britannia in a deluxe balcony room last year and that had a sofa. We used the wardrobe space to pop the travel cot in. It was the perfect space and felt like we had a separate space to the little one when they were sleeping.
Another great vlog… we have been on Britannia before and are going again next year… my one tip would be for the coat hangers, when you have hangers with nothing on ie when you are packed the night before disembarking get a towel through them and it stops them rattling 😊

Never been on P&O, but have sailed on PRINCESS many times. The cabin configuration is exactly like Princess. Two exceptions, the vanity on Princess usually has a large mirror, and a 2nd night stand. Often there is no 2nd chair/seat/sofa until you get to a higher priced balcony.

I've been on the Britannia before and enjoyed it. Also from memory when I was on the ship Pre Covid, the space under the sink is where the Blue Pool Towels were stored.

Glad you mentioned the plug stuff, I’ll remember to take a multi usb plug as there doesn’t seem to be any in the room. Salty balcony is probably because it’s just crossed the Atlantic getting from the Caribbean. Nice cabin but I liked the Virtuosa more and Celebrity infinity cabins. Great vid as always, really enjoy them.
I love your vlogs. You present as a very down to earth couple, which I like. I get fed up of all these people that have to keep saying how many cruises they’ve been on and those that do ten or more a year. They’re lucky, some people can’t afford to do that or can’t get the time off of work if they can afford it. Keep presenting as you do and please don’t turn into braggarts. Well done!

🚢⛱Nice presentation of your room... Nice having a closet that can handle your suitcases so they are not taking up the space in your room! You both make it fun.. got me to laugh... love that you get to travel and enjoy each other ... NICE balcony.. best part is the window where you can sip your drinks and enjoy the view!! What happened to that happy day in age I could walk into a hotel room and not worry about outlets and where they were located? Now, I'm so concerned about how many there are and if the desk/table has one close by. Found myself traveling with an 8ft long surge protector. Haven't had to worry about them being US style plugs as we haven't been to Europe. Looks like a nice stateroom and a beautiful salty balcony, Stacey and Kev! I believe it is a queen size bed. Nice stateroom review and we loved coming along.

Hi Stacey and Kev. Nice shower size, it works. I like the closet set up. Definitely gives you more room in the cabin. When we don't use all the hangers we just put the empty one's in between the one's we are using. Agree wiith the sofa, it's nice to have but collects everything! Lol. Love a balcony, seems to make the cabin feel a little bigger when the drapes are open. Thank you again for another great video. 😊

The cabin I was in was the same deck and I am convinced the carpet never saw a hoover in a whole week. Also the shower tray was grubby. A nice ship though.
Yes ours didn't get hoovered again for the 5 nights we were on

Just a quick question I'm going on the MSC virtuosa next month.. what is the percentage of guys wearing a black tie on Gala night.. 🐧
On the two virtuosa cruises we have done a lot more people didn't wear black tie than did. But just do what ever you want thats the best part about MSC for us

Great review. I’ve been on Britannia twice and just booked for next year. We had standard balconies each time. I’ve booked a cabin with a sofa next. I really like Britannia’s cabins.
We went through an awful storm on the transatlantic. What was on the dressing table flew off and everything on the shelves in the wardrobe came off onto the floor, but the hangers didn’t rattle like that. 😂. They do chink when there’s nothing on them though. It’ll be interesting to see what she’s like now as the last time we were on her was in 2017.
