This was a response to the Orlando nightclub shooting and everyone that sang is a member of the LGBTQ+ community. One of my favorite covers ever. ❤️
The 4th anniversary of that tragedy is this Friday. Maybe that would be a good day to feature Brian or others from the LGBTQ+ community.
Thanks for saying this!
You definitely should watch Brian Justin Crum sing Creep on AGT. It’s incredible
I second this! A million times over. Its my favorite thing to watch right now and has been for about a week. His voice, performance, and story are all incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I third that!
Definitely agree said the 4th person!
Fifth it. Absolutely!!!!
Brian’s version of Creep is AMAZING!!!
If you think this is awesome you should check out Lost On You by Scott and José
Leather jacket is Brian... and really should check him on AGT and AGT: the champions... So gifted!
I agree that you should really check out Brian Justin Crum sing Creep on 2016 America’s Got Talent. The crowd response at the end is something I have never seen or “ heard” before.
So glad you reacted to this one! I love this cover of that song. Such a well written song. Love it.
I used this song for my senior spotlight color guard tryout in highschool :) I did make captain that year ❤️
Thank you so much for reacting to this song. They are my idols and they have such incredible voices and the fact that all of them are in the LGBTQ+ comunity it makes it more special. Thank you and I love your chanel
You should check out some of Mary Lambert’s stuff. It’s quite good.
I love this cover. Every time I hear it I get chills.
I love this Superfruit cover! 🥰
I love watching people react to it!
I’ll admit that I kept seeing it pop up and even though I love Scott, Mitch, and Brian Justin Crum, I didn’t know the other two and I didn’t know the song by Katy Perry.
But when I finally watched someone react to it I was saying,”I can’t believe I have been putting this off, it’s amazing!”
AWESOME CHOICE‼️‼️‼️ Musically & Culturally, my Dude (as you so lovingly say!!) THANK YOU, BUDDY!!!
I'm new to your channel as of....um...today, but I'm obsessed with your channel!!! I can't stop watching you react to PTX and Superfruit! Keep up the awesomeness!
I think this should have won a award
This song gives me goosebumps EVERY TIME!!
For as much as I love PTX I really haven’t listened to Superfruit very much. Think that’s gonna have to change. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
This NEVER gets old no matter how many hundreds of times I've listened to it.
Just found your channel and you are super entertaining to watch reacting to these songs! Brian justin crum is absolutely amazing!! Every singer in this video is amazing!! You should check out ANYTHING pentatonix does live!! Its mind blowing!!
I agree with the others...Check out "Lost on You" by Scott and Mario - as well as Have You Ever, the Brandy Cover, by Mario Jose, Matt Bloyd, and Vincint Cannady - BOTH of those will blow you away, Jase!
Good to see you back Jase. I hope the move went well sir.
Guy.exe superfruit. Its amazing, some of their best work in my opinion. Also brian JC creep. I have no words to adequately describe that performance. You just have to see it for yourself.
Is it just me or does he pause it at the exact moment to where Miranda Lambert looks like "really, you pause it now?" hahahah xD
Amazing, moving song. And yeah, Mitch is always changing his look. The bald head was another one I wasn’t a fan of. My fav was the shaved sides and long top in black, blond, and purple.
I am still waiting for PTX Aha Singapore Supervista live
If you want to smile and watch Pentatonix having a good time watch Cruisin for a Bruisin.
Can you do rock or not to See Through - Pentatonix?
You can see more of Mitch’s high notes there.
I still think this cover is better than the original.
Thanks for reviewing this combination of fantastic singers. Very powerful performance. I am not sure who arranged this one but I often see Scott and Ben Bram collaborating. There aren’t many videos of Ben Bram singing but I found this little gem. Smile. It’s a gorgeous arrangement and I keep listening to this. A capella with close harmonies ua-cam.com/video/hT4hFR2bBGU/v-deo.html. Thanks!
Heres some songs that would be great if you reacted to.
The Tech Thieves- Enough
The Tech Thieves- Forget
Talisk- Echo
Pentatonix has numerous new releases...can you react to them?? Please?
Have you done Defying gravity yet?!?!
At the time of this video is think he was sick and getting chemo
Hey jessy
YES finally 😭
So who's got a nose ring?
Scott just proposed to his bf Marky earlier this month so there may be a wedding soon
Listening to this again with everything going on now, it seems pretty relevant to what is happening now. Stay safe, protest carefully if you are. Take care of one another. Black Lives Matter!
Amen.
Mario Jose and Scott Hoying cover of "Lost on you" by LP . Also Brian Justin Crum's cover of Creep on AGT. Would be great great videos to react to and help you get more familiar with Mario and Brian.
If you want a “different look” from Mitch, react to Superfruits take on Frozen Medley and Defying Gravity. Definitely a different look there. Lol
Lol no kidding 😂
😂😂😂
A really good one with Scott and Mario Jose is "Lost On You" . For the first time I saw somebody ELSE take the lead and Scott was pulled in because of THEIR performance. He upped his game and both of them delivered powerful vocals together . It will bring you near to tears and chills are guaranteed.
I love this song and I love how you said there would be more Superfruit!!!!! (Btw Mitch has had like a million different hair styles😂😂😂 that was bald Mitch)
You should listen to lost on you by scott and mario
Oh my goodness YES!! It is breathtaking!
Definitely! It's incredible!
ohh yes pls
Absolutely. That's an amazing song too.
What gets lost in the shuffle for some reason is the purpose of this collaboration. They are all part of the LGBTQ+ community and this was recorded after the Pulse Club massacre in Orlando. They dedicated this to the fallen and survivors of that tragedy. Almost all the reactions to this video fails to mention the REASON this masterpiece happened. We were mourning and in pain. We lost so many loved ones and allies that day. This was a balm to bruised hearts and torn souls.
I wish more reactors would mention it.
Watch Brian Justin Crum sing Creep on AGT
yes! and "Somebody to Love" as well.
I don't know WHY he didn't win AGT.
@@mecfstraveler Because he auditioned last and they'd all used up their Golden Buzzers already.....and there was a 12 year old cutie who played songs she wrote herself on her ukelele >.
@@elizabethsantersero9597 and because they have a history of being anti-lgbt+
@@misscertified not the show but the call in voters...
This is probably my favorite cover from Superfruit or Pentatonix. The message behind it is so powerful not to mention all 5 of them are phenomenal. As everyone said Brian Justin Crum's Creep on AGT is a must see, but I would also recommend his version of Never Enough from America's Got Talent Champions.
I stopped the video as often as you did (if not more) when I heard it the first time.
Scott and Mario don't only share the same hairlook, Mario was PTX's tour guy and Scott and Mario did an absolut crazy version of "LOST ON YOU". Scott listened to the original, his muse struck, he took the master of epic music Hans Zimmer, welded both together asked Morio out of the blue and they recorded it spontaneously - you should check it out!
Or Scott's "I should tell ya momma on ya"
For your map in the backround RAMMSTEIN - Du hast (Live from Paris) ... A french (!) mass of fans singing German
Mary Lambert's voice is so clear it just cleared my skin, and their harmonies just cleared my life
I second the Brian Justin Crum performance of Creep on AGT. Holy smokes it’s next level!
I agree with others about Mario and Scott's song as another possibility for a reaction. Also, Mario has sung with Postmodern Jukebox on a few occasions. One of my favorites is a 50s doo-wap version of Mmmbop. 😊
Edit: Link for Mmmbop - ua-cam.com/video/iEejfq1KhkU/v-deo.html
Please respond to Rozzi und Scott Hoying "Lose us"
Check out Mary Lambert, She Keeps Me Warm.
I second this! It's lovely!
I came here to suggest this! Lol
They are all part of the lgbt community. Mary Lambert did Same Love with Macklemore. Brian Justin Crumb talks about his struggles coming out of the closet very young in life when he’s on AGT and Mario is a fave of Scott and Mitch.
This version of Rise blows me away every single time. Thank you!
I love this song and its message. This is my ringtone
I LOVE this version of this song. So amazing
I'm here before a hundred of comments! Yas!
Check out Scott and Mario with LOST ON YOU. Fabulous!
Please watch Mario and Scott Lost on You, and again Superfruit Defying Gravity, Mitchs voice is operatic!
Now that you've been introduced to Brian Justin Crum and Mario Jose, you have two videos coming your way. If you're ready to get tingles down your spine, watch Creep by Brian on AGT, and Lost on You by Mario Jose and Scott. Two incredible, powerful, and haunting performances which we've all wanted you to dip your toes in since day 1. You are ready
I totally agree that you need to watch Brian Justin Crum sing “Creep”!
I do have to HIGHLY recommend Lost On You, it's sung over Hans Zimmer's Time! Scott and Mario and SING in this one, it's amazing.
Hey, I love your reactions!
In case you haven't heard it before, I recommend "Lost on you" by Scott Hoying and Mario José.
Would love to see your reaction on that one!
you should listen to Scott and Mario do 'lost on you' its a beautiful version they do.
I love your facial expressions so much in this video 🤣🤣 I'm glad you finally listened to this song.
Yaaaaassssss!
You HAVE to listen to Mario and Scott do "Lost On You". It's so AMAZING!!!! New viewer here. Loving your vids.
Nice to see something on your wall for a change. ha Nice review. Seems like Mitch was going through I going to be as small as possible faze.
Because I heard this first, I was too disappointed with the original, can you believe that. And Brian is just.... ooof.
I always cry at this video.
You're not alone.
React To god rest ye merry gentlemen pentatonix
On Saturday, November 19, 2022 a man with an assault rifle attempted to recreate the horror of the Pulse massacre at Club Q, a Queer nightclub in Colorado Springs, about 70 miles south of my home just west of Denver. This time we got lucky. A hero saw people he considered to be family being murdered and ran *toward* the danger rather than away. And, astonishingly, he was able to use his own body weight and his bare hands to take down a man in body armor wielding an assault rifle. He says he isn't a hero, but I've heard that one before - it's what the real heros always say. Because of him, we "only" lost five people that day. One was the mother of an 11 year old boy. 😥 She died trying to save others, so there was more than one hero present; who knows how many there were at Pulse - most heros don't survive.
I first heard about Club Q on Sunday, the 20th, when I checked my phone for email while sitting in the Ball Arena in Denver, waiting for Pentatonix to come on stage for their concert. It brought back memories of all the gay friends I've lost over the decades, to everything from AIDS to suicide to simple heart failure and old age, every one of them precious to me, and all of those old griefs suddenly brought back to mind, combining with the newer grief from my husband's suicide in February of 2022.
When Pentatonix did come on stage Mitch and Scott spoke about Club Q, about how a Queer nightclub is supposed to be a safe place for members of the LGBTQ+ community to meet with family, friends, and allies for good conversation and a little fun, and what it's like when that safe place is suddenly made deadly. We had a moment of silence for those we lost, those who were injured, and the families and friends who will be dealing with the aftermath for the rest of their lives, and Pentatonix pledged a large amount of money to the recovery effort.
Yes, it was a good concert, but the violence in Colorado Springs the day before cast a cloud over the performance.
On Monday morning I awoke with a deep need to revisit *this* song, sung by *these* people. That Thursday was a cold and bleak Thanksgiving day for me, the first since I lost my husband, further complicated by the Club Q shootings, and by sorrowful memories of absent friends. And I was still listening to "Rise." It got me through that holiday, and through Christmas. I expect it to get me through my birthday later this month, and the first anniversary of my husband's death next month.
I have now downloaded it and added it to my personal, permanent playlist, because it contains *exactly* what I need: defiance of the odds, hope for the future, empowerment.

In this video:
1:42 Scott Hoying
2:00 Mitch Grassi
2:32 Brian Justin Crum
2:52 Mario Jose
3:09 Mary Lambert
Ben Bram played the piano for them.
Fabulous reaction as always, you really hear them. Love that you like PTX and Superfruit. If you notice, Mitch doesn't cover his tattoos here, like he does in some videos. I think it depends on who the audience may be, like Christmas songs. Each person shines here. This was in tribute for the PULSE CLUB shooting. Beautiful !
Jace! You look yellow cause you are full of Sunshine!!!! Totally my most favorite reaction influencer! You Rock!
Barbershop isn’t for everyone but definitely try to check out Ringmasters Norte Dame Medley! Or bridge over troubled water by Westminster chorus (there are two recording on UA-cam. You want the one in New Zealand with a lot of talking at the beginning. Skip to 1:20 for the good stuff.)
Plz check out Come Along by PTX!!! It will get you movin for sure!!!
Highly recommend creep by Brian Justin crum!!!
Jase you gotta check out Dami Im from Australia and her should of been Eurovision winning song "Sound of Silence". Just know this is not the Simon and Garfunkel song that Disturbed has done
Please watch Brian Justin Crum-Creep from AGT
What Meredith Meath said! Check out Brian Justin Crum OWN Creep on America’s Got Talent.
You should really watch Avi in their No cover. His low bass notes are inhuman. And i dare you to watch Say Something from PTX without shedding a tear!
Thanks, Jamie!! I’m so thrilled and thankful you’re a PTX fan. I wouldn’t be here otherwise.
Come👏🏻on👏🏻Mitch. Lol that’s me everytime he sings
Everyone in this video is LGBTQIA and all awesome
Also Mary's also known for singing with macklemore
Woohoo! Rise. Love love love this song. Wish I could own it. I like it better than Katy Perry.
black and white todrick hall (feat. Superfruit) is awesome! check it out.
you should check out Citizen Queen. They are an all girl acapella group and they are brilliant.
I LOVE Mary Lambert, she has such an angel voice.
You should react to Brian Justin Crum’s cover of creep. I prefer the full song
ua-cam.com/video/M8AlxrwhY30/v-deo.html
Mario Jose toured with pentatonix
Right. In. The. Feels.
Brian Crum! Yes!!!!
Is this on Spotify?
Mitch is amazing
This was filmed as Mitch was growing his hair back after shaving his head. There are a few videos of him in a hat at the time. LOL. Very powerful performance for a good cause. As others have said, Brian Justin Crum was a finalist on America's Got Talent and his cover of Creep is one of the most watched; Mario Jose began as a tour assistance on PTX's world tours. They gave his a few breaks, helped him out, and now he has quite a bit of his own music out there. Mary Lambert was turned down (repeatedly) for American Idol but has found her own niche on UA-cam. Together they produced an awesome song. Just as a side note: Katy Perry's original version is fantastic as well.
So beautiful
That’s incredible!

The Promise by Superfruit featuring Adam Rippon. Words are not enough.
