- (For subtitles click the little rectangle on the right side below.)I filmed this when we were in Montreal at the DC Music School with Denis Chang, in the workshop of luthier Martin Tremblay at the gypsy camp in Nuenen, Netherlands, at the the Sinti Jazz Guitar Camp Paulus Schäfer, Henk van Beurden and I organize together, in the car, on airports, in the street. . I really enjoyed that a lot, thank you for sharing with us. Nous'che is right, when I was younger I always used to learn parts of songs and then something else took my attention. I know lots of bits of songs. And now I'm older and have kids I don't have the time to sit and learn new things on the guitar. I really should make the time. Thanks again. A really wonderful video and some good insight into a guitar player I have admired for years.
So, it’t Not just me then? Good to know I’m not alone!
Back here trying to replicate his paintings. Thanks Irene
I wished they knew .... how much respect ....I have for them and what they do.....
Very nice documentary! I actually found his solos very mature and richer than those we see nowadays..Excellent! More solos please!
Great to hear the man behind the music. They people who you interview always appear relaxed and wanting to talk and tell their story...that's a credit to you. Keep up the good work. I recently bought via the DC must school Nous, che ryhythm guitar vol 1. Excellent a wealth of rhythm for me to refer to. Great work by all.
Greats!!!
Loved it! Thanks for putting that together!!! :-)

Thanks so much for the sub-titles. I finally have a sense of the man. He has a great outlook. Love your videos, Irene!
Paul Gibby thank you!
I love these! What song is playing at 25:55 please?
Mooie doku, van een geweldig gitarist! Ik vind Nousche een van de beste ritme gitaristen die er zijn!!
I’m wondering how the luthier raised the action for him? Did he shim the bridge? Or a new bridge?
Fantastic - thanks for making and sharing this!
Greetings. I have been steadily getting into gypsy jazz over the last few years. I consider the Rosenberg Trio one of the best. I have noticed in the most recent videos of the Rosenberg Trio that Nous'che is no longer playing with them? Does anybody know why this is? He has the best right hand in the genre.
Sorry for my late anwer. He is recovering from a whiplash, that is the reason.
@@IrenesGypsyJazzAdventures Thank you. Best wishes on his recovery.
Exactly: "Hey, look at that guy! I wish I could play like that..." (All those guys). & of course Denis is a phenomenon unto himself, as well. Thank you for documenting your adventures with these generous and talented musicians.
A great gift for all of us Irene. Thanks to you and to Nous'sche
Dank. Heerlijk om die andere kant te zien v e geweldige muzikant. Ook zijn solo's waren prachtig relaxed!
Wonderful material! Thanks Irene!
I would tell him his pompe is top notch, that a good rhythm player is as good as the soloist.
So nice Irene! Inspiring and beautiful.
And I’m so sorry we couldn’t play our dates together last weekend in the US!
