It is the largest residential suburb in Tauranga and offers a vast 16km long stretch of white sand coastline to explore. It is bordered to the west by Arataki and Mount Maunganui, the east by the Kaituna River and to the south by State Highway 2.

Hi! Sorry I missed your message, yes Papamoa is popular, a lot of retirees live there. It is ever expanding as living close to the sea is a big draw.Did you get your working visa?
Back in the day look across the water from Motiti island there were very few lights visible at night. Not any more. We used to dream about icecream and coke. Cool video.
