He is very right. In South Africa snake farming is prevalent. There are alot of snake catchers who help in making antivenom. Considering the number of snake catchers and herpertologists is high, there has been a shortage of antivenom this year. Many people have suffered.
You can watch videos on snakes in baringo and see how those people suffer. A snake farm in that area would do them great.
