- If Kaa(Sterling Holloway), King Louie(Louis Prima), and Shere Khan(George Sanders) were charged for their crimes. Next videos will be Aardman villains, since I think they have some of the best executed antagonists of the animation industry.

The assault when Kaa tried to hypnotize Sheer Khan was self-defense as Sheer Khan was protecting himself from being hypnotized
Not exactly, that whole scene is just Shere Khan torturing Kaa, so he has any means necessary to fight back. In this case Kaa was just trying to get himself out of Shere Khan by hypnotizing him, but he's immune to it as he simply looks annoyed.

Shere Khan wouldn't get charge, like death, because he's a tiger (an animal from Red book).
Plus he wouldn't get any charge, because Mowgli and Lucky the vulture teased him a lot. Mowgli also humiliated him by tying a burning branch to his tail (he felt, like fire was chasing him). Shere Khan only scared everyone with words «I'll kill everyone, who stands on my way!» (Khan said Baloo «I'll kill you for this», but he only wounded him). When he was a cub, people killed his mother, leaving him traumatized for whole life. Plus they killed half of his species and destroyed half of the jungle. If he kills some animal, then he tries to survive (because predators survive, killing and eating other animals)
I wouldn’t really give a death sentence to Kaa. He just wants to eat for survival.
As a matter fact, he arguably isn’t even a villain at all. He was just doing what nature intended for him to do.

He engaged in use of hunting dogs which is illegal in some areas and arson. He does get a bit worse in Bambi 2.

I would put death first for Kaa. I mean, I know it's not my place to be a judge, but in any case with his personality nowadays, I wouldn't spare him a single day in prison for nearly murdering the man cub. Death by a freezer treatment. Because snakes like warm environments. Like the jungle for example. Anyway, so yeah. Immediate death for Kaa with all charges against him. And also the restraining order if he tries to haunt the man cub. I don't know if restraining orders work on ghosts, but my point still stands.
Don't worry that's not the end for Kaa he tries to eat the mancub again in the second Jungle Book

Sher Khan should have most if not all charges dropped. He was only attempting to protect the jungle from a threat. Mowgli was getting older and would eventually become a danger to the jungle. Kahn knows better than everyone else just how dangerous man can be having survived being hunted for no better reason than big game hunter was after his pelt.
Doesn't matter that is completely madness, and the other animals didn't care about the boy. Shere Kahn doesn't care about the other animals as he tortures them into submission. He will also kill anyone as well as he does this to the vultures, and Baloo. Mowgli didn't commit any crime so Shere Kahn's intentions won't give him a pardon. If this was the 2016 version it makes more sense, but not here.

5:18 "Assault with a deadly weapon" Shere Khan's teeth sure look like a deadly weapon (as he shows it at 5:04), but luckily, Baloo's butt is so big it didn't cause too much damage

King Louie isn't evil
Louie kidnaps a kid, and sort of abuses his subjects. Yeah he's an antagonist, but it's shown in later appearances(except 2016 remake) that the animators wanted him as a good guy.
I wouldn't concider King Louie a true villain, he's really more of a neucience. Mowgli's more tolerant of him than Shere Khan and Kaa.

@@patfre Well the thumbnail style, crimes style, etc is used by everyone, and Mousait didn’t do this originally. The next one will use different music, and possibly a different background if it can fit well, everything else will stay the same.
Lunar's doing it faster than anyone else at the moment. Fluteless stopped theirs years ago, and Mousait does it much slower.
@@strategicgamingwithaacorns2874 PLUS: He admitted in the first video that he was INSPIRED by MOUSAIT therefore this is not plagiarism because he gave acknowledgement to the original creator (of the style of presentation of course).
As for me, I like it a lot: Why should he change something everyone has been using? It's not like Luna is the only person using this style, there is Sapphire222, King Mewtwo, bogi etc etc ETC ETC! I can name way too many UA-camrs using this exact style!
End conclusion: If you or anyone in this conversation wants Luna to change his style, EVERYONE who copied MOUSAIT must do so!
