In this mission, Franklin rescues Dom, then goes parachuting biking with him. Franklin is driving around Vinewood Hills when he comes across a barking dog. The dog comes up to him and apparently Franklin can communicate with him and the dog tells him that a man is stuck in a tree.
Franklin follow the dog to a tree near the Sisyphus Theater to find Dom, Whose parachute has got caught in the tree. As Franklin is helping Dom down, the dog mysteriously disappears. To thank Franklin for his help, Dom invited him to join him parachuting which Franklin reluctantly agrees. The pair make it to the top of Mount Chiliad in a Helicopter floats around the top and the pair parachute down. Once they both reached Mount Chiliad, Dom challenges Franklin to a race down the mountain on Scorcher bikes. once the race is finish, 13 additional parachute jumps will unlock for Franklin..........
